Good spot…I do noticed that. I wonder was it deliberate to show that she was trying to be more real after marriage…then it looks even more real and genuine at ep 17/18, where she decides to strip away her facade.
I'm on episode 6 and so far the relationship between them is weak and their kisses are a complete disaster...…
If you sense this in ep 6, then this CP is doing a good job. As at this point, they are not truly in love and both are faking it or hiding something. So I will say this director and casts done well to show their lack of chemistry🫢.
Yeah, I thought so too. But it turns out, both their souls are in the body. However LZ was given more dominant part to seek revenge with XJY’s fighting skills. Then ep 18, shows LZ saying goodbye, so XJY became the dominant soul. Wasnt expecting that too.
Lu Zhao’s soul told Xiao JinYu’s soul that she has gotten revenge and now she can rest in peace, and she is gone. Now only Xiao JinYu’s soul in Lu Zhao’s body. Then Lu Zhao was captured by the ultimate villain and setting up a trap to capture ML.
To me, it’s a drag when they focuses on the triangulation relationships…now even the ML’s younger sister will get involved, this type of trope can be so repetitive.
Ep 17, the speech made by XY to SHM is filled with wisdom and should apply to all women in toxic relationships and getting divorce…starting over, starting fresh and moving on doesn’t need to depend on man.
You have the drama "legend of Zang hai". It’s about him
Wang Zang Hai as a character is loosely mentioned in DMBJ’s series but not much detail were written on it. The recent Legend of Zang Hai is an inspired story but I don’t think it’s really part of the series.
