The money doesn’t go to the actor or actress. The whole production for this drama is low. Sad to say.

Oh yeah, I read that how Chinese film has to be always end with positive patriotic focused theme, Thats going to be very hard to make a realistic film. lol! Hmmm…Night Manager and Breaking Bad in Chinese version, I really have not much faith in the remake. Let me know if you tried watching them😅.

Hahahha…the LOCH was poorly done, I blamed the director, don’t really know what he was trying to achieve.
But movie industry as you said, it’s not an easy market to conquer. So far I haven’t really find a good director that done well in WuXia adaptation.
The most recent one which I thought was really good was ‘Full River Red’, and the realistic films by Jia Ling.
