We should start having a count of how many scenes where FL fell off and was caught by ML and how many times, she was rescued again and again🤣😅.

For those coming here, do note, this is a typical Rom-Com plot, so the main plot line builds around the main lead romance. It has lots of classic, typical cliches of ML saving FL countless times, although FL seems like a damsel in distress and has a little spoilt brat side, she is very witty and smart, and knew how to find her own rights and choice to situation. Of course there will be lots of small misunderstandings here and there but I believe it will be resolved quickly as ML is very smooth in operating his ways;). Coming to mid way of the drama soon, I believe there will be a climatic crisis between leads, let’s embrace and enjoy this fun.

Well, we don’t know Gao Ming’s back story yet. But ML does sow to revenge so Gao Ming only reminding him. We shall see as more unveil.

Maybe…or maybe not. At this point, I am still not so sure how complex the writer wants this plot to be. Could Gao Ming be also part of the bad guy or will he be eventually sacrificed like all of ML’s family and he is really a kind, wise teacher. Inly watch on do we know.

Hahahha…didnt realise I watch so many ep. of ML being petty and jealous, and FL has to constantly assure him and maturely handle his temper tantrum. His throwing his temper at FL today is really unnecessary, FL should show some anger, but alas she is too kind and compassionate.😅

The whole tomb raiders’ series are focus on these themes. I initially thought this story will link to them, but so far, I think this is the least related to that series.

I see people blaming Gao Ming for reminding ZH of his revenge. But as his teacher, he has to remind him what’s important and he didn’t ask ZH not to be romantic, instead he asked him to choose in where his heart is determine to…which at this point is still revenge and romance definitely will be a distraction.

Technically in the drama, JunZhu is Emperor direct sister. DingBei Wang/ JiangXu is Emperor’s cousin, so FL is cousin’s wife, aka DingBei WangFei, still lower rank than Princess, hence she has to bow first.
