On Ep 6 why didn't she just tell her father who the man was since she's engaged to him already? I don't get it.
I felt her delayed response was: 1) she didnāt want to expose ML as the DingBei Kingās identity as she knew he was there on a secret mission, so not sure she can tell, 2) waiting for ML to burst out and save her as itās the script. lol!
In this case, its a male driven story appropriate for the history of the drama. Not happy about it but can live…
You are not wrong. This is a male centric drama. But given current trend in drama world, this script may try to create a strong FL that can be an ally to ML.
I watched it on MGTV apps. So she was abducted and rescued my ML, wedding happened in ep 8. Ep 6-7 is where she went to his camp and found out who he is. Then there was another scene where her step sister staged people to attack FL where she again was save by ML. And ML confronted her dad and found out itās the stepmom and stepdaughter staged the attacked in FL, ML also made plans for them to be sent away. lol! Domineering ML and meticulous planned everything.
If you are looking for action and some sweet Rom Com., this is a great watch, light hearted and the chemistry between ML and FL is quite good. As a classic Rom Com tropes, ML will save FL again and again, creating closeness. šEnjoyable and fun.
