Yeah, ep 4, yoy feel the sufferings of the brothers and ep 5-7, it intensified. I was emotional for them esp when you see what happened to one of the brothers. The story telling is amazing with well paced actors’ portraying the helplessness, the scenes set up, the suspense. It’s good that it’s a short series, can’t survive this if ep is so intense😅.

Yeah, I felt that position is most uncomfortable to be carried on. And with XiXi’s bony structure, I can imagine how it pokes😅🤣.

Yup, I would just come back to watch how it all end, and I agreed with you, at this point it’s will be hard to find a reasonable ending.

TTJ got his revenge. And YXW screaming scene at TTJ, she can really said the most brutal words when she is angry, no filter and just lash out, you see the tears in TTJ’s eyes.

This is quite good actually. The MDL rating not reflecting the quality of this drama. Up to date, the story telling and pacing is coherent and well pace, the characters have depth and each demons’ story has a bit of backstory to make audience understand and feel for them. The production team put effort in making the set realistic, the casts also acted well and fit their roles.

I think his kiss with Jing Tian is the only acceptable proper passionate kiss for a romance drama😅. Agreed with what you said, he should just do other genre and not romance.

Well we really don’t know how long the demon painter has been doing his evil deeds. There was a young Taoist boy in the painting, who likely has been in the painting for 60yrs. So he could have seen XY’s parents many years ago and done that, hence he wasn’t aware about the older XY, only the younger version.
