Interesting..in ep 27, when LH is talking to Chief Ke about YHS….

He told Chief Ke that the pix was taken by his staff, but we knew that pix about YHS at the telephone booth was taken by Milan…so can we take this hint that LH is working with Milan?

Yes, what you said makes sense, based on elimination, there isn’t a lot of suspect to go around, Asst. Wu seems highly possible. And I also cross out LH, Chief Ke, Yang ZM and Chief Zhu. Or KunWu could be someone that is still hidden and not appear on screen. LH is rather crazy, his method is brutal and he does seems to have some grudges towards CPC.

I feel that way too. And also quite shock at how NBIS, Mr Shi is so harsh on CPC. As chief Ke said, even if HongSheng is a CPC, his wits can be of good use for NBIS. Ultimately this shows the narrow-mindedness of NBIS and is a bad decision as Chinese fighting Chinese.

FL fulfilled her dreams, ML got his revenge and died off screen.

That’s a hypothesis that I am doubtful about, need to see more hints. And yes, all these events are definitely creating more distrust among the NBIS team. I just felt HS seems to indirectly contributed to the chaos.

Why HS being so alert and smart so far, would not had realise that Milan will be hiding at the side and took pix of him? I wonder will Milan use that against him as there is no way to claim that she is the one calling LH, but she can easily flip the situation around and said it was HS too…he is starting to be careless? Or maybe he purposely set it up for Milan so he can lure KunWu out? So much possibility.

There are just so many possibilities. Both Chief Ke and Ling Han are suspicious😅. I feel that there are lots of background staff in NBIS are spies, but just don’t know who is KunWu. Or could KunWu be a group of people???hahahah, getting more unsolved puzzles.

Today’s ep was really again twist after twist. Is Ling Han really a Japanese spy or did Milan purposely set him up? He does seems to have hidden secrets and he manages to get himself out of the trap.
Wen YeMing’s confession to HongSheng came quite a surprise to me. She is really a woman who has the courage to say how she feels without needing to hold back, I actually thought HS appeared more shy and taken aback by her forwardedness at that moment.;)

And I love Zhang Tian Yang’s doing this role. He totally nailed it and made me believe he is so real as HongQi. That I want to shake him up and tell him to stay out of Hong Sheng’s way. 😅

True. Now HS know about Milan, he at least has new fresh lead to KunWu. Actually Zong’s advice to Milan is smart, she should really lay low now. I wonder why is HS still suspecting LingHan? Or he is trying to set LingHan up so he won’t link it to HQ’s mistakes. I have no trust for Yang, however HS ever mentioned that he felt KunWu is a scary person and intuitively he will know…hmmm.

Depends on your perception. If you follow FL’s story from the beginning as the title said, it is a HE for her as she fulfilled all her dreams. But if you follow romance, then it’s a SE as ML has been poisoned with no cure.

I am starting to suspect Yang. At the funeral, he looks at her in a weird manner. And he seems very calm when he found out Milan is a Japanese spy and insisted HS to focus on something else and not to expose her.
