I am quite confused by LM’s emotions, did she really fell for CP? If not that ending scene with the wine drinking with CP, sure wanted viewers here to feel that the love became real here. And yes, in the novel, she marries because it was an order, she never love the CP. But I guess drama wants to show us the softer side.😅

Finally caught up with the 3 released ep. As always, Edward Guo’s scenes are beautiful done, every frame is like an art pieces. Love the fight scenes and humour.
I can see that Neo is playing a magestic and aged demon, will need to see more of his presence and performance to determine the weight of his character in this drama, as I still see the young but next door in him😅.

He has progressively molding into a magestic character from B2B.

As Eliteles1 explained, this plots are all new for drama, so we shall see how they want to progress here.

You mean Yue Qin? In the novel his role is very little, more of non existence. In this drama they added more involvement for Xiyan side.

Yeah, in the book, a lot of plot line wasn’t explained. But here we have more creative writers adding in details, which so far make sense.
