It’s not an actual wedding scene. It’s the recent ep where they were walking in the forest and almost lost, so ML took FL’s red hair band and tied a knot with his hands and hers. That knot symbolized a traditional wedding knot in historical time.

Depends on what’s your preference. Why did you notice this drama in first place? It’s not really a historical drama, more of Wu Xia with detective investigation and some some elements of magical such as face swap/identity swap. But the key theme revolves around the building of ML and FL’s love story line, overcoming diffficulties and discovering the ultimate villian. It’s an original script and so far the investigation cases are quite fun and coherent to follow. The casts are beautiful and there are some pretty costumes with good acting. So you can try the first 5 ep to decide ;)

That’s what I am afraid too. C drama has the tendency to pick up slow, then rush the last 10ep. Let’s hope not😅.

That was my thought. Bow at where we are, the pace is slow, but we only have 39 ep., so how are they going to edit all the important part in. I just hope it’s not the usual start slow, then last 10 ep., rush everything😅.

He is just a very very sad character that live for so long, so lonely and realise that’s not the only way to live when he met ShenLi🥰. Love your summary, really helps others to understand his behaviour and action.

He has to be the clown to show how ShenLi is very very tolerant🤣🤣🤣!
