That’s a great confrontation scene between Ruyi and LTG. She call out his obsession and his so-call love for her will never outweigh his need for power. It’s his teenage’s crush that brought out of context, his delusion that he holds on to, thinking it keeps him strong. LTG has some growing to do, learning to own his actual needs and wants.

Ah, my bet, misunderstood your meaning. So far I don’t feel the ML’s character in The Last Immortal is like YG at all. WAY is quite reserved. There isn’t much wits or mischevious. It’s more of him always trying to run away from responsibility and maintain his laziness. But that’s my take. You may want to watch a few ep. to decide how it works for you. Yeah, ZLS is everywhere, acting cute. lol!
