I agreed. I love his acting more in Maiden Holmes, that role allow him to express more and the ambiguity is better portray. Here somehow I felt his role and expression can be at times confusing.

Wow seems like this comments, a lot will be dead now🤣. Well it is the fact for most costume drama, sometime the actors/ actresses contract will have a statement of needing them to look thinner then usual, so they look better on screen and not too big for layers of costume. It’s a very unhealthy practice indeed in show biz. But for LYX, I think he was injured before he filmed this and making him look a lot more thinner than usual, furthermore for the role as TTJ, he is a hostage prince, so is suppose to look skinny and sickly. But I do wish he grow healthier as I love his more chubby face in AOL.

Yes I am watching. I don’t agree that there wasn’t enough air time to leads. I felt it was quite fairly distributed, if the article said so, it’s biases. Apart from the 2 main leads, there are important character like the supporting leads, which all have their important roles in the shows. The suspense building is good, but some scenes can be draggy. I suspect the drag is because this director is too used to make movie, so some beautiful scenes, he tends to drag it longer. Every scene is like a beautiful picture, good cinematography too. The plot twist dropping is slow and romance is slow burn even though we are almost only 10ep left, not much has been truly reveal. So I have more issues with the pacing and editing of the story telling. Well all the cast are also quite an eye candy and acting is acceptable for their role given. So iMO should try a few ep and decide whether you really likes it. There are a lot of haters for this director, so I am but surprise that there will be a lot of ongoing bias comments in his work.

Yeah, MHTY’s director is familiar with making movie, this is his first drama series. I feel with proper editing, this 24ep., can actually be a 2hour movie. I have more excitment going into an escape room, long pause of nothingness then suddenly a twist and wait for the next long pause again🤣.
