The rest I full agreed with your points. The story arc has to happen as such to drive it to next stage. This story has a lot of karma view on cause and effect. So I do admire how the screenplay has re-written it so far. Yearning to see the next arc.

Quan Quan is so so adorable! He has such high EQ for a little boy, able to manage his father and mother so well.

She is still in denial till the end, she never dare to confront her own heart. Hence she is always convincing herself that she is here just for the mission.

Ep 28…I need time to digest and process the emotions. Sadness, madness and anguish of abandonment felt by TTJ. The desperation of LSS’s choice. Making a decision for greater good but neglecting the fundamentals of love both felt deeply. What a way to end this relationship, how would one expect TTJ to get over his grief.
Till the end, LSS is still unwilling to give TTJ a small glimpse of hope to tell him she does have love for him, instead she wants to never see him again. Such heartless words yet she is willing to sacrifice her life for him.

Both LYX and BL’s performance way exceed my expectation, they are both so good!!!

The fist fight between YQY and TTJ was such a nice touch to show the anger and helplessness on their loss.

Even the last moment she doesn’t want to say something nice to him, instead she has to say ‘never meet again’. She is too honest on this part😭. S why couldn’t she at least say something kinder as she wants him to live on right.😅

Well summaried. Whatever have to happen, had to happen. I am pleasantly surprised that they made TTJ more and more humane because of love and the determination of LSS is super impressive. The bigger picture.

IMO. She does surly in her own ways, but she is constantly shouldering a ‘save the world burden’, she cannot think for her own priorities. Furthermore, LSS is from an immortal sect and I would say for her upbringing she is also not that expose to her own emotions of love. I don’t think she fully grasp about her love for him, however her willingness to sacrifice herself for him, tells a lot. I don’t think she knew she will ever go back even she completes her mission.

Hahahah….LSS is not exactly very intelligent or at least the drama here shows that she has to be prompted to draw connection on her next step. There is a sense that she purely acts on impulses at some point, IMO.

Oh yes! The kid is super adorable and so natural in acting😍.
