Looking at the calendar, we have the nail scene, the tower scene, followed by his desperation to become CJM. Maybe or likely they may only meet again end of this week or early next week?
My take on TTJ and YXW/LSSās romance so far: they both donāt know whatās love. TTJ is like an infant, learning and trying to understand, canāt be help as he has an evil bone, so takes longer time to grow. And LSS is just as clueless, not knowing her own feelings. And hold such a heavy responsibility to stop world destruction. They both lack of trust and of course would jump to conclusion easily as both have traumatic past. Hence sure bound to break up and deserve a second chance. Itās quite different from MY and SJās arc. I am prepared to press on their tragic break and wait for their next reconciliation.

Nicely point out. Totally agreed with you. Thatās why I love about both the characters, they are deeper and more complexity, that take more trials to unveil and grow. At this juncture both TTJ and YXW/LSSās love line are only at the beginning. TTJās darker side will reveal more and YXW/LSS will struggle but has to do the inevitable.
Hahahaā¦.TSL is one of my top XianXia for beginning of this year. I donāt watch a lot because some of the plot are too predictable. But TSL is fantastic, great humor, love is less complicated and great acting too. I highly recommend you finished it. A nice balance with this bittersweet one.š

Yes indeed. The novel was more gruesome and dark. A lot of abuse and torture scenes will not pass censorship. I like the re-scripting of this drama. The core story and essence is there and the characters are definitely more relatable.;)

You mean TTJās attraction to YBC? I donāt think he really like YBC, it has always being part of him copying Xiao Linās behaviour. And back then YBC was the only one that at least treats him kindly. Even now when YBC came over to marry him, I donāt think he has feelings for her, itās more of his anger towards YXW, so he kept YBC close. In the drama, YXW shown more emotions towards TTJ and seems to have fallen for him, but in the novel, she is more goal driven, cold and u didnāt feel she has fallen for him.
