Yeah, you're right, let's see, I actually liked the fast pace...just if the makjang continues to be strong I think I'm gonna drop out some time as it's not really my cup of tea...

I'm actually a bit weirded out by this one, very fast pace, acting is cool, but story seems to head strongly into some makjang thingie which I didn't expect at first...

Is the story and ending according to the webtoon ? Then we can't really blame the drama author :-)

That drunken speech in Ep04 was superb, oh my, great acting, had to laugh a lot. Double finger for the win ;-)

I cried really hard with the girl who loves YHM and she ended it, so heartbreaking.

Same for me ! There's hardly any other actress who can pull off a comedic cuteness like YIN, of course may be in Touch Your Heart she could shine the most . First two episodes were okay, by now I find it a good mix between the seriousness about the relationship theme and the comedic stuff...will be interesting where this goes...it seems it won't reinvent the wheel but good enough.

Sadly not in Amazon Germany, hate that, wonder why...

I actually enjoyed it and rated it a 7.5. It's of course nothing super exciting, but these kind of small remote town documentary stories can show you how strong those communites are and how well they help each other out. It kinda "grounds" you to the essential things in life IMOO.

I guess you're right, this doesn't seem a drama for me. I still think it's very poor writing if you build up a very good childhood/youth friendship and then one asks for something like that. To me totally unrealistic in terms of friendship, but as we are in drama-art-land, of course everything is possible.

Crap plot, friendship equals in total abuse of it !? That's not friendship. Dropped at Ep02. What a waste on a good setting and acting. Dear writer, please get a life.

I guess it has to do something with that. Even in Japan nowdays you see people in summer to cover up, may due to skin cancer protection or may be also to distinguish yourself from the usual field/construction worker, I don't know ? May be it's really a kind of a historical thing like showing your caste ? But in the drama I'm confused, deosn't the poor guy has similar tan like the rich guy, so it's just kids spending lots of time in the sun in the summer without sun lotion, like it wasn't common !?

Everything you criticized for me fits to her role while it's not scruffy. This is not some posh polished makjang crap drama. I hope for yourself you get treated better when you reach her age.

To sum it up...in Ep7 the SML proved he's an immature idiot. FL, stay away from him !

I found the religious aspect quite fitting. When you look at history, when mankind went into fear due to war, hunger, whatsoever, all out of a sudden people became much more religious, while in times of prosperity they give a damn shit ;-)

I'd say scientists can be on the more emotionless side in general, so fits for me, especially when you are dealing with things of that scale. Though If found them not too emotionless, more on the side of a depressing "what can we do" state of mind and that really shows.

Actually I like the pace of the drama and that they took the time for the explanations. May be only because I was myself into research work or as I hate it when they skip parts of the book to easily. The reporter seems like a way for them to put a focus on the environmental disaster issues caused by humanity, not that I would miss her too much ;-)
