SWL can't find Gao Tu for 3 years.
He ends up meeting Gao Tu and his son while he was taking care of the first couple's child (he is the godfather). His son was wearing a mask and Gao Tu tells him he's not his until his godson asked for the mask (I think it was a mickey mouse mask or something like that) and that's when he realize the child is definitly his (he looks very much like him). He moved to the place next door and the last chapter is from the son's point of view where he says his father disapears in the middle of the night to see the neighbor. He hears SWL asked Gao Tu for a kiss and to come to his place and he thinks his name will be changed from Gao Lele to Sheng Lele.

I haven't read the book so I may be completly off but I feel like Charlie is going to die for like a few seconds / minutes which will make Babe get his powers back while being devastated because he will think Charlie is really dead while the guy will actually be revived...

You can hate a character while still loving the actor playing it. Actors aren't the character(s) they play. The same way you could hate a actor if they did something bad while still loving a character they play.

I read somewhere that the fact that he is a minor justify him not staying that long in prison. That would explained keeping the age at 17 instead of 18. Not justifying anything, I'm also not a fan of this even if I personnally don't bother commenting on it but just wanted to share this bit since it could explain why the age was not changed.

I watched it on Gagaoolala. I also have Viki but usually the episode in available a few hours after the time we see on mydramalist

You´ve watched episode 12 already? I´m waiting for it to be out on either iqiyi or viki but I thought they would solve this stupid breakup of episode 11 in episode 12...

Same, I´m skipping all the other scenes so there´s not a lot to watch.

Warning for spoilers and ranting. Not sure it will make sense to people who haven´t watch the series.

So I watched it and I would say I disliked it and will never watch it again. I dislike it mostly due to the FL who was soooooo annoying!!! Well actually the ML was annoying me a lot at first by messing with her because of a freaking high school love letter but later on, he just became really boring to me...
Gosh let me quickly explain the love letter: so the first issue they had back in high school is that the FL sent the ML a love letter, he didn´t answer (seems like he was planning to but the guy was freaking slow) so she got angry and sent a love letter to the ML´s best friend - who happened to be the ML´s business partner in the start up they founded and of course and he is interested in the FL - the ML saw that she sent the second love letter with the exact same word except the name and was hurt.. understandable but why get hang up on it and date the girl years later? And this girl send a love letter to a guy she wasn´t interested in because she was pissed... is this the equivalent of sleeping with someone´s best friend to get revenge? I guess so but how dumb is that.

Anyway these people are supposed to be ADULTS now, the guy has his own company and his focus is on being petty because of a love letter. Why I didn´t stop there, I´m not sure, hope it would get better I guess?.. Anyway let´s continue, so without a surprise they end up being together. The weird thing is they end up being together even before solving the issue of the love letter (which will later cause issues of course and then we get the explanation of what she did and why).

Now when they are a couple, they´re ridiculously happy. Usually I can get accept a lot of sweetness but at work??? That was a little too annoying for me. I guess my brain can´t let go of how ridiculous it is and I wanted them to take they job more seriously but let´s move on to the main issue which made me so annoyed with the FL: the lies!!! This woman (because, again, she´s supposed to be an adult) prefers to hide things instead of saying the truth. She came home late and the second guy, ML´s best friend, who has a crush on her, brought her home and she didn´t tell the ML the truth when he asked. Why? The young (and very attractive) CEO of an investment company was someone the FL knew from Beijing and they have a history (no relationship but her previous boss tried to pimp her to him reason why she left her first company at the very beginning of the series and came back to her hometown. He wasn't part of this plan of her ex boss and really liked her and still do and she just said to the ML that she "knew" him but doesn´t explain the whole situation which will bring issues to the company and the relationship. The worst, this issue in their relationship is solved because HE SAID HE WAS SORRY. Yes she said she was sorry too and then told him the truth but why did he say sorry??? Being angry and feeling betrayed if your partner lied to you is normal in my opinion. That the other issue, the ML is one dimensional character, so boring.

Positive: the second guy who had a crush on the FL end up with Janine, another employee who is honestly my favorite character!!
Issues are resolved relatively fast and no break up once they got together. The issue is that there was no reason to lie to begin! Why lie about something when the truth wouldn´t cause any issue??

I watched the 14 first episodes (in one day xD) and I LOVE THIS SERIES. I laughed a lot, usually because of Chu Li/ Esther Yu. It´s such a funny and cute drama. I´m happy that the ML know who she is from pretty the start but she doesn´t. I hope this drama gets recognition because it´s really enjoyable, I´m happy I started it and am looking forward to the next episode!

This really is definitely cursed, cursed by motive village who owns the rights to the series.

My issue with the dating part isn´t that they met after meeting online, it´s that in the series, they kinda use dating in a game as meaning you´re taken in real life or dong things in the game as cheating. Like the example I gave of one of the evil friends saying to the ML that the FL married several guys in the game to imply that she is promiscuous or not faithful or whatever. That was the most ridiculous thing I´ve ever heard.
The no breakup is really the only positive I can give to this series but with the relationship they have, with the FL being so annoyingly passive, I´m actually not sure it´s a good thing

Well this series created A LOT of arguments. I personally have my own opinion/ moral regarding what should - or better, shouldn´t - be done if one person is completely drunk while another is not and I will stick to it but that was interesting to read all the debates (kind of).

Moving on, am I the only one who though Fu Yong Jie´s mother is a terrible mother/person? Like she´s supposed to be the nice parent who has nothing against her sons being gay and love her stepson as her own but she knew of her son´s plan and did nothing to stop it but had no problem having him taking the full blame when she knew (except when Ye Xing Si being gay argument started with his father, then she was ok taking some blame...) but she said she thought he was wrong to do what he´s done... wth did you not stop him or something?

And after the father learn his sons´ relationship, and she and him were talking in the bedroom, she was the one saying "let´s stay how we are now with Fu Yong Jie living on his own"... Like there´re reasons for viewers to dislike Fu Yong Jie, definitely, but damn, that´s your son... I ended up with really mixed feelings like I understand how Fu Yong Jie could end up this way with her as a mother while at the same time feeling sorry for him to have such an unsupportive mother who doesn´t stop him from doing bad things even kind of support him by not stopping him but won´t support him once the bad choices are out and once everyone is kinda ok with his relationship, she´s the annoying person who´s stopping them for kissing also. i guess it was suppose to be funny or whatever to have her have this kind of relationship with her son but she just annoyed me from beginning to the end.

The father was the most normal one, yes I don´t understand why it was an issue that his son is gay (I don´t understand how anyone as an issue with anyone being gay so that´s how it is) but he ended up accepting him. Then he learn that his son and stepsons are together. For this part, I can totally understand the difficulty to accept that both children he raise end up together and I´ve also read the argument for and against in the comments (not being related/they grew up together). I would have feel more comfortable if they didn´t grew up together to be honest, Fu Yong Jie was quite young but I understand both arguments so I will move on from there. Anyway he accepted them because he just wants his son to be happy.

I would have like to understand more how Ye Xing Si went from Fu Yong Jie is just my brother to not ... we saw snips that it wasn´t just that way like when he was drink and was ok with Fu Yong Jie being in love with him but I don´t know, I almost feel it was out of nowhere. I still find them really cute at the end and because of everything else (stalking and "other"), I´m feeling uncomfortable with myself.

LiCheng Muren: Thank god this one is not as complicated! Cuteand funny couple, I could have done without the whole debate of who is 1 or 0 (never heard of that term before), I mean who cares? I don´t know why there is an obsession with the positions, they can switch, they can have a fixed position, they can prefer not to penetrate, it´s none of my business and as a viewer, I personnally don´t really care who is doing what reason why I actually like when LiCheng said they he could compromise because the most important is that they love each other. I was really happy to see this part afterwards as a conclusion!

That was weird... who takes dating in a video game so seriously they would date in real life???? The dating your SO of the game is so weird and gave a very childish feeling especially whe we´re talking about college students/businessman. I mean one of the annoying evil character told the ML the FL married and seduce several guys in the game as a proof she´s promiscuous, as if this has anything to do with real life xD During the story, they are 3 online game/real life couple incl the main leads and for one it´s implied he´s cheating because he´s playing in the game with another woman... like come on. I mean at the beginning I laughed at the ML announcing to his 3 friends he got married in the game, like OMG you´re married now haha but at the end I was just thinking "really???"

The FL is sooo passive, like he says they´re dating so they´re dating, he´s kissing her so she will just close her eyes and not move until it´s over, gosh so frustrating, have an opinion, kiss back - or push him if you don´t want to-but do something, I beg you!!!

Also yes the guy is good looking but to the point people take photos and follow him??? If he was a famous actor in the series, sure whatever (I mean not my thing but well), but he´s a student/ businessman so wth?

The FL´s best friend who got mad at her best friend because the guy she likes thought she was her best friend in the game and like the best friend and go mad at her because he though she was the best friend and was playing games with him.... I´m tired. Let´s forget the game for a minute, her best friend is pretty and more popular but a very good friend who even landed her money and she got angry at her because the guy she likes, likes her best friend, as if it was her best friend´s fault... What a bad friend, so annoying. If I was the FL, a sorry wouldn´t be enough but whatever

The one thing I l really like is that they are no misunderstanding which cause the couple to break up, the ML trusts 100% the FL, this is refreshing to see but that´s it, that´s the only thing I like in this drama.

I thought it was a mixed of Romeo and Juliet evolving into uwma, but your comment make me notice I forgot to mention Romeo and Juliet, I wrote my comment too fast haha
