What a trial means: ZLS has an exclusive contract with KU, which means they sign her contracts for everything she's doing. A trial takes years, she wont be able to work till trial is over. KU has all interests to drag it. She can wait her contract ends (4 years) without spending money with law firm, trial expenses, without fee for breach contract. Even if she sues or not, she wont work some years if she doesnt pay that fee
The best thing for her interests is her lawyers will negotiate with KU a good deal for her, end contract, pay a fee and be free to work immediately after that. Exposing the wrongs KU did (and there are some alleg KU broke the law several times), she finally found this determination to hold the company accountable.

I also think many other horrible things happened on AL set, maybe we will never find out about them. That exorcism instead of allowing her to go to the hospital isnt only mistreatment, is gross negligence and it's also considered breach of contract
I saw countless posts about how she has to sue to solve her problems with company. Her contract with KU is an exclusive one, which means during the trial she wont be allowed to work: no projects (acting), no new endorsements, coz everything she will do needs company approval (they sign her contracts). She could do Be Myself (KU blocked it after 3 ep) coz she wasnt paid for, wasnt paid for magazine. Being stuck with a several years trial, means lot of money spent with lawyers, court fees without be able to work. She can wait 4 years till contract ends without paying anything. The wrongs KU did lately were meant to force her hand to end contract and pay them that huge fee (several tens of millions of $)

I saw ppl concerned about her career. I dont think there will be problems. As far she didnt break any law and didnt go against gov politics she wont be blacklisted by gov. More, industry wont blacklist her, only for the fact her commercial value is very high. From outfits in modern drama or what she randomly wears day by day till what she eats, drinks, where she goes to eat/drink coffee etc everything is sold out in mins or places are packed. She's a money making machine and everybody wants to make money. It made lot of money. Her drama fans base is huge even we talk about China or international audience. It's maybe hard to believe, but her Thai fandom alone is bigger than chinese fandom. She got sicker and sicker till she collapsed: she couldnt walk, breath and she talked unproperly. KU staff locked her in a hotel room and brought an exorcist instead of a doctor, motivated she was cursed by an evil spirit. She was forbidden to go to the hospital before the ritual ended. When she finally went to the hospital, her health status was grave
