ppl will watch drama sooner or later no matter others say. Lusi has a big drama fanbase, those drama fans will watch it. Not to say her fans. About passers by, they may be infl. like in HL case, but after they watched it, many said: "I'd never trust yxh acc" or others opinion. Cant forget or forgive auntie Avenue X's shitty reviews...but it was useless
All Lusi's dramas had smearing campaigns, but they still managed to deliver good data. Just imagine Lusi had a drama with 6 mil/ep, or 8, or 15 (as those actresses fans dramas had, the ones you talked they shaded LA) Let them bark, they do it coz their favs lack...

yup, but it's not about the plot, it's about emotion. This drama has the huge luck it was very well made: written, acted, directed. All those little details made it a little gem and gave us a good mood watching it (can you believe DJX car number means :"SZ I love you"?:), or that he bought her slippers with lil strawberries coz she loves them, always bought her the big cans, boxes with what she loves etc. Add to these a sparkling chemistry and a perfect OST

SZ wasnt like the other girls of the same age: she was shorter and looked very fragile coz she was always ill in her childhood. She was excessively spoiled due this fact by her family (see convo between her father and DJX, also scenes when SY said: you should be happy coz at 30 you will look like 18, or sport contest when SY teased her saying the number of her tshirt may be her height, 152-if I remember well the number)

He told her brother about the problem she had at school, asked him to go to talk with her teacher. But SY didnt want to, asked him to help with this matter. It is revealed later in drama

There were several var shows that were postponed, not only Be Myself.

She was promoted in People Daily (gov media) which was also the host of Top 1 HS (good HS of ZLS). Her name was used in the same body text with Xi Jinping name in the article. So she isnt/wasnt silenced or blacklisted.
Not sure why you chose to scold her when this is only Tencent business. Drama had never an official date of airing, only rumors. Scolding her coz rumors werent true is unfair. DD's drama will be released this month after 2 years and a half drama finished filming, it was already postponed again. LA hasnt even 1 year from when it finished filming. I dont see you, guys, on that actress pages making the same fuss. Coz you know DD has no fault in this matter as ZLS hasnt also any fault , it's only the platform decision

To be honest I dont see why you post it here and not on her page or Be myself page. "Taking off this drama from my list"? what kind of support is this?
But to make clear some things:
- what Lusi said in Be Myself was twisted and given a sense it actually hadnt (she told that old man "you want to keep these skills for yourself?"-ppl said she insulted him, , also she showed a sense of no sympathy when she negotiated the price of the boots.
Facts: girl built a school there several years ago, she ran projects to guide and support children from that village till they become adults: scholarships, clothes, vacations etc. She went there to her friends, to a family, used a cane when she got tired to walk on village streets. This year she gave 18 scholarships for young students to learn the old man skills. She gave him a professional sewing machines to make his work easier. And we wouldnt know that if young ppl in the village wouldnt say it, trying to def Lusi when she was scolded. They received back bad insults after they posted
Lusi's been doing charity silently for 10 years, long way before she started her career in Cent. She was chosen as China Torchbearer mainly for her charity work. Accusing her she made that documentary for publicity is unfair. As an actress, ZLS was top 5 last year as Most popular actors in Cent (after LYF, ZLY, Jia Ling and Xiao Zhan). It was a smearing campaign ordered and supported by those who really did that, to divert attention. But ppl who has to know, knew, goverment knew, that's why when a bunch of haters said she is blacklisted, it supported her with all its media: CCTV6 news, CCTV weibo acc, and gov written press
Her( charity) foundations never stopped their activity
Black marketing, the scolding of antifans are not coz of ZLS lacking, but coz of their fav lacking, coz of their scandals and this is why Lusi fans hate so much her company (KU was never able to protect her, let her be used to divert attention from others real scandals, used in battles between platforms etc). And these black drafts are written with a sort of fear, envy and a big, uncontrollable desire to hurt others. And they cost, coz if there are many ppl who do it for free, due to their bad nature, others do it for money
Var show/documentary had an average of 92 mil/ep. Do you, guys, realize how much this means when there are very hyped dramas stuck with 6-15 mil/ep? Coz if you understand, you will also understand the reason why Be Myself was shaded

Still the top1 drama for me. Come back here at every anniversary to write how damn good this drama is and how much I love it.
