1. she was forced to drop some of endorsements due to illness. Usually, company signs actors endorsements contracts, so KU should be held liable for breach of contract. Illness is not an act of intent, nor grave negligence, situation should not be treated as breach of contract

4. ZLS had to pay her team (even they are KU employess), coz she still has brand campaigns. She also paid brand fees from her pocket
5. KU began to ask for more and more money from her, pressing her to resign, so she has to pay a fee if she cant prove company did wrongs
6. they keep frozen her activities, delayed drama airing, and do countless shits to force her to quit. Meanwhile, they blackmailed her with ban if she dares to talk. This is against China law (anti unfair competition law) For months, nobody asnwers to ZLS calls or messages.
7. KU couldnt manage the negotiations in past 8 months with AL drama prod team. or at least, they didnt inform ZLS. AL was submitted for review, which means drama prod team made a decision.

If ZLs can prove a single point of these listed s above, she hasnt to pay any money to KU or LA prod team and she terminates her contract. More, all the money she spent from her own pocket will be returned

2. doesnt pay anything if she can prove company broke contract or laws( nd looks she has proves)

However, a lawsuit is long, SWL sued his company and didnt work 2 years. If she has a good lawyer to fight against one of the most powerful lawyers KU has (AliBaba lawyers team) she will solve it by negotiations.

Zhao Lusi is KU biggest money-making artiste but because of her unexpected illness, some of her brand deals dropped and company also have to compensate for the halt in drama production.
