Well, BaiLu was publicly shamed into taking this role by her boss talking out of turn, and original story plus its two posters, focused on the female lead…but it seems the script was reworked and they’re both on equal footing. I really can’t say that I’m looking forward to BaiLu being dragged by ML fans again (as in AMA, TTEOM, and TSOKP)😔. This I think is a large part of why she’s stepping away from ‘Idol Dramas’.

I think he’s talking about her willingness to wear braces. They were both painful and made her teeth look awkward - so it’s a big compliment to BaiLu that she did this.
