Agreed! The Pro Bono team has been on a roll with their previous civil cases under David's supervision. I think that's exactly why he wants to clear his name fairly at court, using his team's expertise. At this point, his trying to explain would only be seen as excuses, and by moving separately, he would also protect his team members from harm.

The trailer for episode 10 hints at the more intense court sessions as Da Wit now becomes the defendant for his past actions (unfair trial), in which he'll have to go up against his Pro Bono team members, who will be representing the plaintiff. It's going to be one of the best showdowns throughout the whole drama's courtroom sessions as we uncover the truth behind Da Wit's past.

I also love "Life on Mars" so much. Still hoping for a season 2, which I think is impossible for any renewal.. His acting was solid as a detective who time-travelled to 1988, and meeting a new team led by Park Sung Woo's character.
