Agreed! The Pro Bono team has been on a roll with their previous civil cases under David's supervision. I think that's exactly why he wants to clear his name fairly at court, using his team's expertise. At this point, his trying to explain would only be seen as excuses, and by moving separately, he would also protect his team members from harm.
