fr I miss those happy times in this comment section, when everyone was busy making theories for next ep, waking…
Wow, I didn't know about the 4 a.m. bit, but having not been on the LR page in months and coming on here to see the EXTREME change in tone was surprising to say the least. To each their own. I liked it.🤷♀️
LOL what’s with this comment section? I didn’t know the old comments were all fun😂 People are too obsessed…
I agree with you about this drama being a top of the line for the light-hearted SK rom-com genre!
BWS is a total cutie! Having first come across him in the less than stellar Record of Youth, lol. I'm definitely happy that LR put him on the map! Now he just needs a solid secondary leading role to cement his newfound stardom.
There's very few times where I watch a show and find absolutely nothing to nitpick about. However, at least I am this way, sometimes the feelings matter more than a 100% faultless writing/acting/directing. Ex) I had SEVERAL issues with Crash Landing on You, but it's STILL one of my all-time favorites! LR was one of those dramas for me, where even when things were overly cliche it didn't impact my viewing experience.
I'm glad you liked the show! Out of the romance dramas this year it's been a stand-out favorite of mine as well. :) *Though, No Gain, No Love that I'm currently watching is a really solid contender for top romance dramas of 2024.*
Move on then... NOT EVERYONE WILL SHARE THE SAME OPINION AS YOU! AND ONCE AGAIN ALL YA'LL CAN DO IS NAG NAG NAG…
I'm not reading all that. You just proved my point, lol. It's not that deep. And in my 2nd comment I wrote that "People are free to have differing opinions..." Love the show or hate the show, doesn't matter. No need to all caps yell at me.

I couldn't have said it better myself! I watched several months ago, but I vividly remember giggling and smiling from ear to ear with each episode. People are free to have differing opinions, but the mass hate and hyper-fixation on the rating was so OTT that I left my original comment. Like you, I gave it a 10/10 having REALLY enjoyed the drama.
WHAT IS THIS PICTURE?!?! I literally spit out my drink wtf!? This guy is actually a cutie, but his new pic is giving serial killer's mugshot energy. 😵💫
finish it please! You are right, it is not really comedy, and there is no real bromance, and when it gets dark…
Honestly, seeing how 99.9% of comments are lauding this movie, I completely get where you're coming from. However, the final straw was the scene in the van where the villain was going to be paid to film videos of him SAing kids. My stomach just dropped and I stopped the movie. I'm happy that you enjoyed it though! Different strokes for different folks. :)
Seeing how everyone is commenting about LOVING this movie, I'm going to go against the hive and say that I was really disappointed with the final product. And this is coming from someone that really likes KWB and Jason Kim works! With the one hour's worth that I saw, I wasn't really picking up on any bromance between this pairing. (Something that was palpable in both Midnight Runners AND Bloodhounds.) The comedy didn't hit its marks. And the "big baddie" was too disgusting. *sighs* Even the action scenes in the first half (cuz that's all I saw) weren't really doing it. The ML would throw 1-2 punches and it'd be over. *I swear I'm not trying to be a hater. I just wanted to give my 2 cents.*
I didn't watch this because I know that they cuz so many scenes of kim saeron due to her scandal so I just assumed…
They did cut her scenes and gave her a weird sending off mid-way through the drama that didn't make a lot of sense, BUT the new "female lead" they brought in to replace her was spunky and fun. Which IMO made up for the abruptness of her (KSR's) departure.
