Yes you are completely right! She did read Asa Mot and Asa Sakan's minds at the moment she was supposed to kill the whole tribe on the main place.
She did too with Taehala in part 1 when they first met each other.
She also read Chae Eun's mind in part 1, this was the first time actually.
However I don't remember for Saya, when was it?
