have agree with you. this was the best episode so far in terms of moving the story forward. but to me, it felt…
Yeah thinking back on it, it was a lot that happened. But to be fair the reason why I will give it a pass is because that's kinda how life is for me too. Nothing happens for the longest time and when something does happen, it always happens all at once like some kind of domino effect. In dramas I usually don't really like it, but somehow this time it felt kinda relatable. (you pointing it out made me actually realize why I liked this episode so much. Since it mimics my own life of nonsense filler until a whole storm of events wash over me. With that in mind it makes the other episodes almost worth it, BUT only if they can keep it up) But that's just me being biased, not everyone will relate to this most likely so it will feel definitely different if you don't. I just hope this is a tell tale sign that this show will raise it's quality from now on forward.
I mean at least everything will hopefully start to progress now after everything that happened this episode. Somehow this was my favorite episode, simply because things were actually starting to move forward, it wasn't just dumb filler anymore. The Praew scenes were really uncomfortable to watch though... but somehow as toxic and uncomfy as they were I can kinda relate to them to a certain degree. (mostly the last scene hit home pretty hard)
Besides me,who else thinks that Daonuea shouldn't end up with either Nine,or Tee,but somebody else altogether?
irl he should've been single for a bit, cause this guy seems to be jumping between people without skipping a beat and actually figuring out what he needs
NO I DON'T THINK SO IF YOU LOVE YOUR MENTAL HEALTH
Totally agree with you on that, it should've just been something completely different. I commented it on there as well but I just though it was gonna be some hot and heavy love affair, but instead we get.. idk exactly what it's supposed to be really..
NO I DON'T THINK SO IF YOU LOVE YOUR MENTAL HEALTH
Damnnnnn I'm in the minority here hahaha, I actually think Check out is better. Not story wise, but the acting is less clunky and flat plus I love Boat and Candy
With all the negative comments on MDL, viewership on YouTube has been +1M each week. Does this mean MDL users…
To be fair, I've noticed with a couple of shows that youtube tends to be more so super positive and excited to see whatever. Though MDL comment sections are rather fun to kinda rant about some dumb things and have some laughs with other people that felt the same way. So it's probably a bit in the middle
NO I DON'T THINK SO IF YOU LOVE YOUR MENTAL HEALTH
This comment section is why I watch this show, it honestly makes it so much fun haha but the show on it's own.. idk it ain't great. It just falls flat like all the actors are getting less and less enthusiastic as the show goes on
I enjoyed this the first 2/3 all the way up till around ep 7/8 where it just went down hill. The reactions of the villagers I can kinda understand, but everyone that already knew Torfun was dead got under my skin. ESPECIALLY our chief of 'Imma act like my nosebleeds' Phupha. Dude did you forget that you and your friends/co workers literally hid Torfun's death from everybody and left the responsibility of telling the village up to Tian. Only to turn on him because he had a little additional detail to the secret that you weren't aware of, his f'ing heart. I would have immediately asked him what he meant with being responsible for her death, even if he killed her, I would have wanted more answers. But nah and the fact that no one in the village got upset that Phupha and his little clique basically outright lied to them and made them belief Torfun was alive and well this entire time, taking away their right to mourn her properly didn't feel right. All the blame and hurt was put onto Tian who honestly shouldn't have been responsible for relaying the message of her passing in the first place. Also the doc acted like he thought Phupha wouldn't react rash to the news, this dude has always been hotheaded and emotionally close to both people involved. Yes he will act without thinking, but so did you. Why the hell would you tell your friend about Tian over a walkie talkie when you aren't even certain about the facts yourself yet. And lastly, what were they all thinking? The parents and Phupha keep saying that Tian has to go back for his own good. Phupha literally acts harsh just so Tian will go back home, but in the same breath will tell him to live his own life and do what he wants. Sir... Sir..! You tried to manipulate him into leaving because you know he doesn't WANT to leave. So why the hell you up here saying he should do what he wants and follow his own desires when all of you are literally denying everything he keeps telling you he wants to do! Hate the mom, goddamn talk about living through your children. Tian only gets to study what she wants, where she wants it and when she wants it. He had to fight her on the 'what' only to be send abroad as compromise, when they seriously only a few weeks ago half forced him to come back home because they thought he had been away from home for long enough. The dad even said himself that Tian should be with his mom and how she had been without her son for long enough. Those three gave me a serious headache. Phupha if you are so determined on avoiding the man you love that you will ditch me on my wedding, just don't come.
I'm also rooting for Chan-gyu ^^ He's really adorable. And I hope he finds the right one in this show. It takes…
his channel name is 규스토리 it's all in Korean and he doesn't have a lot of videos but he's adorable nonetheless :)! I watched his introduction back and he did say he takes the initiative if he has a crush on someone, which just makes him so much more likable. To see how shy he is but still so honest with his feelings!
I would love to watch love line as well but i can't find it
sorry I got it confused with another show, the one I meant was 'Heart signal' it combines the dating show with a judging panel that tries to guess who will end up with who and gives some commentary throughout the episodes.
It's so funny to me how there definitely seems to be an ideal type in Korea, I can never correctly guess who it's going to be lololol but on Heart signal (basically the same show but hetero) the same thing happens too. Most people will go for the same person on day 1 and slowly start to shift midway through As for me, Chan-Gyu is my fav, he such a cutie! I died for 30 minutes when he made his call xD I just found his youtube channel as well, better learn korean fast haha only started earlier today
