It's actually driving me crazy that Mashiro knew everything about that pedo and still hated her dad for hitting him and then willing went into his apartment alone. Like... girl.... you can make your argument that he needs kindness to get better but MAYBE LET THE ADULTS HANDLE THIS??? you are literally the one he's preying on. But of course... she's 8... she thinks that so long as she's nice he won't hurt her because she was raised to believe in the goodness of others.... So she can't understand her dad's (correct) actions. Sorry sweetie, the world is a bit more complex and he was literally going to kill you if he didn't get to keep and groom you.
The episodes have been restored all the way to the end on yoyo's english channel, but ep 5 has been completely reuploaded as the censored version. Thanks to Shen_Weis_Glasses below for preserving the kiss for us! It's a shame we won't know how their story was meant to go but maybe one day...

finally picking this up again.... it's so hard to get through the middle of this. this cyber-security company is not very secure and somehow outsiders can see the issues but qin huai and co can't?? and i can't stand the kid and all his arrogant mistakes.... but still they let him run around and make choices for the company.
i've only been able to find the drama unsubbed and censored now.... it's a shame it disappeared from yoyo i guess china caught on when people started getting loud (not surprising) :(
hope now that we're entering the last half of the drama WinTeam won't have to share the screen so much with the side couples (srsly there are too many...)
The movie was cute! Imo not nearly as cute and charming as the drama, but still a nice little bonus for people missing them ^^ I particularly feel blessed by sleepy Kurosawa lol~ so cute. Tbh the plot could've used a bit more oomph that maybe the space of a 2nd season could've provided, but ah well!
Side-note, I feel like intimacy-wise this wasn't all that good, and I don't even mean the clearly fake kiss or not showing a sex scene. There are many other ways you can show closeness with a loved one, and I've seen dramas achieve that, but too many times here it just felt physically awkward/distant even when the actors were delivering such vulnerable lines... it's regrettable.

yeah you can see Pharm has different hair too so you know it's the og scene not a reshoot, but it works to just use the original! Seeing Pharm's old hair now though I wish they replicated it better in BU it looks so cute and soft in UWMA
I was having fun up until the stupid lack of communication
he decided things all on his own, and couldn't just leave it at that he had to be cruel, why??? he was cruel to JHJ and then ran away from not just home but WORK which was also just highly unprofessional they literally were in the final stages of their project and he jetted. and the but ofc that whole issue was so easily resolved with just a conversation and it wasn't even that serious just "you should marry a woman" "but i won't" "oh ok".
