It was on the flashdrive that Maki gave to Aoki at the end and that's what he was watching on his laptop at home. It tied in to that ending theme of - "There is a beautiful world within us" - and it was to give Aoki hope & optimism after the whole ordeal... to bring him back to who he was before!
