The female lead reserve nature is very valid actually that is why I think it is smart that the writer decided to solve every barrier between the leads before they come together , Her character and what she has been throughwill not make it easy for her to move on but If she gives the male lead a chance after everything , I am sure they are not going to hold back

Come to think of it seokryu clearly said she had a secret , she jokingly said she has a dark secret or something and asked Seunghyo if he is curious
She later asked on the rooftop is he is not curious
And in those instances , he said NO
Like he was waiting for her to open up to him herself

I made this same comment few days ago , she is fine , they will probably say she had stomach ache because of stress or something else

Every activity that happen to that fictional world is what I judge by , That is the only way for me to really understand the characters

Isn't that realistic, fictional characters aside , don't normal adult get a little childish when their emotions get better of them , No matter how old one is there will always be instances in your life where you will find yourself being childish

Ep 8 is like an introductory to reveal all the events that took place in the US so that now her people can help her heal

Let me guess twitter right, I saw a whole bunch of really wierd takes on His character , i was also angry but I realized most of them have not watched LND , from Ep1 ,they wanted something bad to say about LND and they finally did
So don't be bothered because most of them are not watching it , They just joined the train to hate on the show

All the characters are not perfect in the LND and that is what the writer intended , They can go and look for their perfect male lead in fantasy romcoms not here

Since Ep 3, every character she has brought actually moves the plot , love next door is still a RomCom, but with a heavy plot, the plot is mostly about Bae Seokryu , The writer is slowly revealing exactly what she went through in the US . the fact that no problem actually get dragged out and get solved immediately is my favorite
She is also trying to make Seokryu face her problems and come clean so she can actually heal and move on
Glad this gets solved before she gets together with Choi Seunghyo
The stunt they pulled in Ep 8 was actually purposely done to frustrate the viewers and it actually worked
Everyone saw cancer and den with it when they clearly said she got treated and did chemotherapy , she obviously not taking care of herself well with all this stress , she was bound to get sick from it especially when she has a weak stomach

i think they will all eventually find out , I think the writers wants to wrap up every pending plot by Ep10 ' because after this ,there will be nothing being held between the main leads relationship ,no secret
Imagine if they waited before they started dating for them to introduce the Ex and the Illness plot...
