You misread my answer which doen't point at you. I understand that you, as you wrote, were tired but please be so kind as to read with attention what I wrote instead of turning this towards you. Describing these negative comments with the English expression "simple minded" means a person with a linear way of seeing ideas. Fortunately I emphasize my take on this with (not in a negative way) which means "lacking subtlety/unsophisticated".

If you still don't want to understand this isn't my problem.

I get to the point explaining my personal idea about these commenters' wordings. To them this side character is not relevant to the story as these commenters are not detailed driven to understand neither the screenwriter nor the director creating arts. These commenters are not sensitive to artistic cinematography. They are fast consumers that could also write that all the side characters (street merchants, bystanders, soldiers, shopkeepers, customers) anyone around the main leads are non important. I've always found fascinating simple minded (not in a negative way) people.

One wrote it's "useless". Another one wrote "I can live without her being there". Scroll up as you have missed these commenters.

It's being like that for generations to keep their heads above water. This is what I like about Cdramaland...reality check not extinct till now within whichever country.
