Title Your Honor
From what I can see most of the negativity about this is because of the ending being rushed over the episode cut, is that correct? that wouldn't really bother me if at least the romance ends well, does it ^^

I personally think It very interesting and educational to see how people relate to this drama differently. People…
Saying no one is wrong with their thoughts on something is nice and all but it's just wrong, you can't come up with totally different conclusions to seeing the same scene, because usually there is only one conclusion, you can have different thoughts and opinions yes but the series or characters don't, like if a certain scene happens and in another scene we're given a conclusion as to why that happened then that's the correct one, that's the canon one, how the writer intended it to be is what's right, just because someone might see it in a different way does not means it's right, and even when judging a character a lot of people can have bias and base something around their feelings rather than the reality of the situation.
Obviously I agree that we decide to like who we like, dislike who we dislike differently based on our understanding and personality but that and how a scene or character actually is are two different things, because there is a canon story line to series which means there is usually a canon conclusion given so not everything is how someone sees it themselves, if it was then we wouldn't know were to differentiate between canon or not, basically there's a limit to what is open to subjective thoughts.
Like even using some examples from the other conversation we had confirms this, how you saw it was that Jun Mi didn't have feelings for Xu Feng until the mortal world but how you saw it was wrong because there is scenes confirming otherwise, and you also saw it as being Xu Feng's fault he was killed, and again no matter what way you look at it that is completely inaccurate, we know the reason he was killed is because Jun Mi killed him after being manipulated by Sui He and Run Yi, there is no other conclusion to that, that's a fact, so how anyone else sees that is wrong because there is a canon conclusion for it. Maybe if a scene didn't have a canon conclusion it could be open to interpretation but how often does a scene not have a conclusion.

IKR? re-watching the episodes over and over again has been a constant thing for me in this past weeks....There's…
YES! I love all those too, and agree so much, the emotions in episode 58 and how she dared not to have hope that he would still love her, and it was so sad the dream she had before this about being with him, cries, I wish there was more moments between them before she died, and when she was dying and she begged him to forgive her, so sad. All their scenes in the mortal world was perfect too and I love the initial first 10 episodes when they first fell in love, what a wonderful story they had, sadly their happiness was delayed due to circumstances *Run Yu* ugh lol but they got their happy ending at least, it only took about 1500 years I think lol.

You can't really say he got off scot freed though: Although the drama focuses on Xu Feng's grief, Jin Mi's death…
Yea I understand that but he brought all that on himself to begin with, it was his choice to adsorb the demon, it was his greed for her that even caused her to die, had he not pledged war with his brother she wouldn't have died, so i still think it's too light of an ending for him, and well it's debatable about how much he actually loves Jun Mi, his love was more greed and wanting to own her than anything, Jun Mi says it best herself, he wanted her because she was Xu Feng's and that he wanted to obtain her more than he loved her, at the end he got burned from playing with fire too much, where like you said is a punishment in itself but it was a punishment caused by himself so I can't even feel bad for him, Sui He and the Heavenly Empress got it bad I'd say, Sui He lost it, after all she had done, how evil she became, she still didn't get to obtain Xu Feng and this drove her literally crazy for god knows how many years and then she ends up getting raped/murdered more than likely, and heavenly empress died thinking she lost everyone, her precious son that she did everything for, she lost the life she even sunk evil to have, and in her last moments finally regretted her decisions thinking about the life she might of had if she had chosen otherwise and she didn't even get to find out Xu Feng would come back to life, so in my opinion they got it pretty bad. Run Yu has to watch Jun MI live a happy life with Xu Feng but again because of him they had to wait hundreds of years to have that, if he didn't manipulate everyone they would of had their happy ending much before this, and neither Xu Feng nor Jun Mi would have died, he deserves to suffer for all the pain he caused, him being alone just doesn't seem bad enough, but I guess in this situations it's how you look at it, I do think he should have lost the Heavenly emperor title, but I suppose in saying all this it was Xu Feng's choice, he wanted him to live with what he's done than die, but I think that's over them being brothers rather than the dept of his crimes.
Basically I do agree with you but a part of me also has issues with it if you get me.

I'm still annoyed that Run Yu got off scot free in the end, literally majority of the tragedy in this was sparked by him, he caused so much and yet he is fine in the end, he should have gotten an ending similar to Sui He. They both were as bad as each other, they both constantly blamed others for their actions even though it's their own actions.

Still missing this!
What's everyone favorite moment in this? I'm curious ^^

Mine has to be when she kills Xu Feng, as I'm naturally a total sucker for tragedy I am in love with the scene, the way it was done. every moment, every emotion was perfect, her stabbing him and in his dying breath asking her is she ever loved him and as she kills him causing her to be so overwhelmed with despair and pain watching him fade away that her love for him bursts the pill out of her, then her remembering their moments as she is overwhelmed with the fact she killed the person she loves more than anything, and the song playing over the scene is perfect, cries, like that is a quality scene and the acting was phenomenal, that scene is going to stay with me.

Well it depends, with a series, it's not really that subjective, at least most of it's not, whether you like a series or how good or bad you think it is, is subjective totally, but the actual series etc. is not for the most part, since it's not real life, the characters are not real people, like these are characters that don’t have independent thoughts or actions or stuff left to interpretations, it's a script so the scenes are what they are, some things are how people see them indeed but some things are also how they are intended regardless of how some people see it, if it was all subjective then there wouldn't be a canon story line or canon characters because people could see it anyway they wanted.
For example if a character does something and we're given a reason for why said character does that, then that's that, people seeing it any other way would be wrong, but of course people can still see something whatever way they want but people have a right to point out it's wrong.
Online anyway even the most straightforward fiction that a child could understand gets misconstrued because people base the truth around their feelings rather than reality a lot.

Things I loved about this: The love story (it was so powerful and beautiful with so much tragedy my kind of story) their chemistry and acting (was really really good, both their acting really impressed me in the second half), the main story line, Princess and Mu Ci (also liked their story, it was sweet and sad), Moon immortal and Snake Immortal (both of them were fabulous), the stunning scenery, the ending, the ost.

Things I hated about this: Run Yi!! and his damn savage amount of screen time (holy damn I've lost half my hair because of him, his psychotic tendencies lasted until the last episode ffs, i did like the ending talks with him and Xu Feng though) Sui He ( speaks for itself), the pill thing being dragged out (but what would a Chinese drama do without dragging itself out lol), the dragging out misunderstandingsl, THE LACK OF ENDING FOR MOON IMMORTAL AND SNAKE IMMORTAL, EVERYONE ELSE WAS SHOWN BUT THEM NOT HAPPY WITH THAT (really what happened to them).

Overall I loved this drama but it frustrated me to no end seriously, I would love to re-watch Jun Mi and Xu Feng's story in the future but because of how many dragged out side plot lines there are and how much annoyances there is in the plot cough RY cough lol I don't see it likely but who knows, if this didn't have Run Yu so much I would definitely re-watch in a heartbeat, but still really enjoyed this, will miss this, cries, this drama got me so emotional. This may have a happy ending but DAMN the amount of sadness in it.
Really I'm all wired out, this drama was like 3 dramas in one.

Jun Mi never took advantage of Run Yu, never, he did everything on his own accord and there is a big difference…
Yea because she wants a palace so much, her goal in life lol she even told him all she has ever wanted was Xu Feng and Run Yu wouldn't let her because he was the one using her, and she originally moved there because of her dad and stayed because she wanted to get justice for his death, and Run Yu locks her up there every 5 minutes that she can hardly leave. You're forgetting that became part of her home too, she lived with her father there, it's just passing the blame on her, what's so wrong is locking a person you claim to love up and trying to force yourself on them every chance you get and manipulate them and then go to any means to keep her from the one she really loves, Jun Mi is not the one at fault here.
Lol when she was wounded she went back to her house in the heavenly realm so because she does that it means she's asking him for help, no it doesn't, again his doing, not hers.
No I said she didn't reject Xu Feng until she suspected him of killing her father, I thought you were talking about him, when the pill was in her she didn't even know how to reject someone and lol you're asking why she didn't reject Run Yu until episode 45? um because she had the pill in her and even before she told her father a few times she did not want to marry Run Yu when the pill was damaged, in fact the moment she came back from the mortal world the first time she saw Run Yu when the pill was damaged she planned to call off the wedding but because of him mourning for his mother she felt bad, and again the only time she rejected Xu Feng was when the pill was fixed by none other than the man who keeps playing with her feelings Run Yu and when she was manipulated to believe Xu Feng killed her parents again by no other than Run Yu.
You make a lot of assumptions, again she never played with his feelings, never, how can she play with his feelings when even Run Yu has said over and over again how he knows she doesn't love him, she never pretended to love him, she told him she loves Xu Feng many times, Run Yu was the one playing with her, he has said many times he doesn't care about her not loving him as long as he can own and obtain her.
The writers obviously kept her up in the heavenly realm for conflict reasons too but here is nothing showing her playing with his feelings, she never told him she had any feelings other than friendship for him nor does she ever led him to believe otherwise either, It's literally even said in the drama that Run Yu uses her not the other way around, it's said how he used her from the start to get what he wants.

Jun Mi never took advantage of Run Yu, never, he did everything on his own accord and there is a big difference…
What? she never asked him to heal her or save her, that was all on him, he was literally doing everything for his own accord in it, and yes she agreed to marry him but not only was she trying to forget Xu feng, she also wanted Run Yu to be happy, she thought at least one of them can be happy so she was willing to sacrifice her happiness, the only one that used the other was Run Yu. About you liking her or not of course that is your opinion and that's fine I'm only disagreeing with the misconceptions, Jun Mi made a lot of mistakes but they were mostly because of the pill, that was to blame for almost everything, I'm pretty sure the war was caused because of Run Yu lol and all the tragedy in it was mainly sparked by Run Yun, the first half of this it was the Heavenly emperor and empress that was causing everything and in the second half it was Run Yu and Sui He. Jun Mi as well as Xu Feng were victims to many pawns and manipulation in it.

Well, I think it's not so much that people agree with his actions but rather that the character is consistently…
I definitely agree it's a matter of personal preference and I understand what you're saying, I mean I think it's totally fine to like him and any character in general, I personally don't, in all honestly wanted to put my fist to the screen every time he came on lol same with Sui He, but my only problem is people defending his actions or twisting it because they want him with Jun Mi, it's always that way with second leads, most people if they like the second lead more they always try to force the main girl with them even though the main girl is in love with someone else, that just always annoys me if you get what I mean ^^

Now this drama has some great parts, but this is my raiting:1. They show the story of most of the main and second…
Jun Mi never took advantage of Run Yu, never, he did everything on his own accord and there is a big difference actually between Xu Feng and Run Yu, Xu Feng never tried to force her, to own her, to disregard her feelings, and the only times she really rejected him was after Run Yu manipulating her yet again by fixing the pill, that's the only time she really rejects him and Xu Feng would have let her go too if he knew she would be happy and if she didn't love him but he thought she was in love with him which she was, don't forget Jun Mi was in love with Xu Feng for as long as he was in love with her, the pill just stopped her from being able to feel it, and Run Yu knew full well how much she was in love with Xu Feng and still kept forcing himself on her in every damn scene he was in, Xu Feng wanted her happiness, Run Yu wanted to own her, major differences. Run Yu himself even constantly uses words such as obtain and have when talking about her, what a nice way to talk about a person.
