it was so so interesting to me because, throughout the whole show, out of all the men he was with, he thought about Gyuho the most in the end. he kept having flashbacks of him even when he was gone. it never showed him thinking of his past boyfriends in that way. I think it’s because he was with gyuho the longest and because technically he really did love him and they didn’t break up in a bad way. But out of everyone it showed him date, he loved Youngsoo with ALL of his heart. he loved him purely no question. to me the scene that showed it all was the scene where they were hugging/dancing to the song on the record player in Youngsoos house. it showed so much vulnerability and that’s when they were at their happiest. they were both over the moon. on cloud nine 😭. I’d never seen him so peaceful in the whole show. I’m glad he was able to find and love Gyuho afterwards and I love them together I do. but it was always youngsoo for me 🫠

omg we have the same mindset. when he said “you don’t know what I’ve been through” I was heartbroken for him bc I could feel the pain. and him going to America was definitely to outrun the rumors because he’s already been through so much because of his sexuality I don’t know if he could handle more pain like that. it makes me wish that he stayed with Goyoung even more though so he could have someone he loved to lean on through the scary moments like that. 🥲

i ABSOLUTELY AGREE. Youngsoo was definitely my favorite chemistry wise… they REALLY loved eachother you can tell. I just can’t wrap my head around the reason he left Goyoung. but those two together were BEAUTIFUL. best scenes in the whole show for sure. like absolutely cinema. the hottest moments and best heartwarming moments and heartbreaking moments were all with them 😭 even though what Youngsoo did to him was terrible, I always wanted them two to get back together before he found Gyuho.

I wish I actually quit. I finished it and it was the worst decision of my life. I’m the kind of person that just cannot stand this type of ending. I’m not built for stuff like this. omg. imma need a huge pick me up now.

i hate it. I hate it. I HATE THIS ENDING THE MOST. I hate how beautiful this show was. it’s not fair. I cried the whole way through…. it’s a cinematic masterpiece but I hate it. I hate how Goyoung never truly felt happy except maybe 2-3 episodes. the entire show I felt he was depressed. it’s so realistic compared to any other BL I’ve seen. im literally in sm depression now. I wish I never watched it. I was a lil too excited for this… and I’m ngl I felt SO much chemistry when he was with youngsoo. like OMG. I would’ve done anything for those two to get their happy ending, but the way they got together so early in the show I knew immediately it wasn’t gonna end well… AND WHY DIDNT GYUHO COME BACK. I JUST WANT GOYOUNG TO BE HAPPY. this show made me feel like love isn’t possible for ever. I hate that.

Throughout the show GoYoung fell in love with a couple different men, but it never showed him telling anyone that he loved them which I think was a HUGE part in the story, although some might not notice it too much and it might not seem important to the story. but that really stuck out to me.

aight. yall heard it here first. if I don’t get something good and happy in the last episode…imma fckn kms. I want a happy ending. don’t you dare fucking hit me with the “open ending” shit idfc. I deserve better after this roller coaster ride.
