And I see myself in MK ^^°. If somebody snaps at me, I don't know how to react sometimes and my attitude/behaviour stays the same as before it escalated. This is what I see MK doing. Him breaking down afterwards is a sign that he's quite helpless.
MK's answers might seem irrelevant to YJ but I don't understand why he doesn't calmly ask again. Elaborating in how it doesn't help him answering the question. Then again...why did YJ make a fuss out of their relationship "all of a sudden" when at the beginning he pretended to not know MK? I just don understand YJ at all :(.

Well, hearing the beeping because YJ cursed a lot, I guess MK could have said so much. I get YJ irritation as well but MK doesn't owe him anything. Not after what had happened between them. His demands are just irrational. MK might seem too calm in that situation or uninterested/unfazed but I don't think that's the case. His breakdown at the end didn't seem staged. This is just something that will stick to you and this is why I hope that he's much better now.
Actually MK reminds me so much of how my own situation is right now and he also shows traits that I have as well. For example when they were already in a heating argument (or more like YJ was), MK kept eating because I think he needed something to do. To feel a bit distracted to not fall apart. At one point he asked "Where was I again? Wait."....that took me aback because that's something that I struggle with as well. Suddenly loosing where I left off and I need time to think about it again. Often enough I won't find my way back into the discussion again. At first I thought that MK's behaviour was kinda weird but it's just "doing whatever" because it doesn't seem to matter anymore anyway. YJ feels irritated for what? I was on his side at first but now seeing much more of what's happening, I start to understand MK and, as you said, YJ has ghosted him in a way. Not picking up the phone, not replying to messages. Would it have been so hard to say "sorry, but I think I'm not interested any longer"? He demands an explanation for something that he himself did? And in just a few minutes to top it off. Now I even understand the question "why aren't you sincere?". I think MK would have felt better without YJ being in this house but it is what it is. "It wasn't necessary to reply" sounds like something my partner could have told me. This situation feels so familiar, I see myself in MK so much that it's scary and I wonder why I still cling to what I "have" and why MK still needs to go through this. Seeing him cry and being in pain made me feel so sad and sorry for him. As the show has been produced a while ago, I just hope he's doing much better by now.

This isn't slowburn as....nothing really happens at all. No reaction in the faces and "story"-wise there is just nothing to tell. And I think this is why I have a problem with ALL current BLs. I've watched so many in the past 4 years that no show feels unique in any way. It's the same kind of plot over and over again. Maybe what I am looking for is a standard drama but with M/M couple instead of a F/M couple. A show that gives me a proper story but also a bit of nice spice. I think that a certain Korean judge-related series from 2021 did it quite well. As people said "just the kiss was missing there" but it was an awesome show. I tried other BLs from other countries that are currently airing and they're just not it for me :(.
Not really. There isn't a romance tag here either so I don't know if we can expect anything. I don't mind if there's none as it leaves more room for interpretation of Jae Kyung's colour.

Well, he kissed her when he left and he stayed in contact at first. This is just poor communication and not really healthy imo. I know what no communication does to people thus I don't understand how she is suddenly completely fine again at the end. Well, it's just a show and not real life. It's still a good show but I can't really like the final episode.
