Yes, he wanted to hurt Sand, but his feelings included a lot of self hatred. I do agree with you, he keeps reducing their relationship to money, and it's almost as if he thinks he can't have a companion or partner without the money , which again is where the self directed hatred comes in

Not sure what Sand was expecting but in the heat of the moment, right after Top taunted him, he definitely wanted to hurt Top and in that process, almost knowingly (although couldn't entirely predict what day would end up doing), and understanding that MewTop's breakup could lead him to lose Ray, he chose to hurt Top.

No, because when Ray calld him a "whore", he wasn't hurting him, he was hurting himself. He's projecting, and he thinks that Sand was w him only because of the money

Moreover, Boston is the only other gay guy in the group. Like when he tells him about the condom, should've educated him on other stuff too, but these things do matter, especially for someone like Mew who lacks any experience

He might be being honest too, still, at that moment he was manipulating Nick. Otherwise why not tell Nick to sleep around to and do as he pleases? He doesn't want to "lose Nick" the way he did Top

As for his actions being "understandable", well i think he's quite a despicable person (not for sleeping around, that's a personal choice people make, but for his behaviour otherwise). I cannot agree with you here but it's okay, that's just a difference in our opinions.

Exactly, although i believe it isn't anybody's place to interfere in other's relationship, i think intentions matter. It's not like Boston did it to protect Sand, if so, I'd understand him. But no, he's doing it to hurt everybody he can, so now I understand him to be an asshole

I'm not trying to discredit your observation though. I (like almost everybody else) thought it was because Mew was checking Top's reaction to the flirting but it could be a really clever way of the showmakers manipulating us

Boston is just so amazingly well written. He's selfish, and works only for himself. The hostel? It's Ray's financially. He doesn't care

And so very manipulative

Notice how the moment Nick talks about two-timing, Boston starts talking about how the sleeping around is wearing him out and manipulates Nick in the most effective way. He knows Nick has fallen for him and uses it.

It's heartbreaking to see, hopefully Boston will let himself lean into his good emotions with Nick and find a comfortable happiness

He is crafty to the point of using and setting his friends against each other, and i wish somebody would teach him a lesson, but i wish it wasn't Nick (he's definitely about to do something terrible, as has been hinted). You can't force love, and if you have to, it isn't love. I especially hate to see "good people" been dragged to the level of wrongness

They definitely went out of their way to style the characters differently from each other. Top's style in this has been an armada of polos, which do seem drab compared to others. To be frank, he's not my visual "top tier" either, but i personally thought it's his unique touch

As an actor, Force has definitely got the looks though to attract people and for people interested in such things, Top has money. But in my experience, not all players have the looks (going by societal visual standards). It's their attitude and presence itself, something which Boston is a perfect example of (he has looks to top it off though 🙃)

Book hasn't improved much since Enchante and Boss and babe, it's not just him though, I find Top to have the same issues.
In any show, he vacillates between two expressions. In this one he's gone for "frown before a smile" and a smile.

They lack nuance and it's not always that obvious because they've so far been paired with each other. You notice it even more in the tub scene because Khaotung's acting breaks your heart and then you're gauging Book's response in the role and it's just so mundane in comparison

I love, love this theory. No one has actually been "innocent" here, and Mew seems way too innocent in comparison

There was nothing genuine about him in getting Robert interested in Jon as a "pig trainer" while hiding his ulterior motives 😂
