"I hope they're not gonna pull up some abo desire bullshit where Fan Xiao just pulls out a puppy face and…
omg exactlyyyyy this guy gets too much credit he's so lucky Rain was just a helpless little lamb lmao. And honestly I loved prapaisky's part but I'm also pretty sure that if someone harassed me to the point of having a panic attack, no matter how good the reasons are, I'd give it much more time before warming up to them like Sky did.
"I hope they're not gonna pull up some abo desire bullshit where Fan Xiao just pulls out a puppy face and…
Yeah and then that f*cker gets Sheng pregnant and even tho he confronts Hua yong about not telling him, all he gets is a "hihi can't wait" and instead of blowing up he just accepts it and has the child as if that didn't turn his entire life around
Gosh Fan Xiao finally losing control of the situation was the most satisfying thing I've whitnessed in a while. I hope they're not gonna pull up some abo desire bullshit where Fan Xiao just pulls out a puppy face and follows Shu Lang around until he forgives him and they get back together magically. I'm not sure it will be a sad ending given how they tried to make us empathetics by showing Fan Xiao's duality between his ego and his real feelings, but still. Let him feel miserable and actually suffer for a while and then maybe we'll talk about a happy ending
So far so good but I'm a bit disappointed because from the pilot I was expecting some slow burn as it looked like Thee actually tried to really seduce Aran before taking interest in Peach. Also the few hyperbolic jokes were so funny like when he calls to buy a production company upon hearing watching a movie would be good. But here they kinda dropped both: Thee barely suggests a car for a small gifts and actually just buys a small bouquet (would have been funny if he bought the whole flower shop) and immediately drops his interest for Aran to go for Peach. At least 2 episodes of slow burn would have been nice, I would have loved for them to actually grow to like each other's presence in a platonic way before it turning into more. Now that I understood that it's not gonna happen, I'll just take it as it is and enjoy it, but yeah I'm a bit nostalgic of the pilot
This was just a mess The romance was bland and had absolutely no development, the fighting scenes were boderline ridiculous and didn't make sense most of the time (like methus not helping at all when his fast power could litterally resolve everything in a fight ? Punn getting choked by Feratu and Ramil just standing there?), Ramil and Punn had almost no presence and the hunters, Methus and Ciar were the only ones who kept the scenario going, the entire mind-entering thing made no sense, bounprem's chemistry was disapointing specifically after watching between us, they tried to have some big drama but it all felt too light and too easy to solve, etc... The only good things were Pokpong and the Ciar-Methus-Mekhin dynamic
Thank you for this. Both of those were bothering me, the latter moreso because it wasn’t difficult to translate…
Right, I thought such mistake was odd too. Cuz it doesn't seem to be automatic translation, since it would have translated to "think" just as you said, or for the second example it wouldn't have transform "mouth" into "kiss". It seems like only a human can over interpret the context like this. But then they mistranslate other stuff, like Kataoka talking about Odajima's family and the subtitles translating it as if he was talking about his own, which is a mistake often made by automatic translation since it doesn't consider the context. So idk what's up
Bro ;A; What is with these subs (are these auto-generated then absentmindedly fixed?) I actually liked my misinterpretation…
Yeah honestly Gaga is cool cuz they have movies, short films and dramas that would be difficult to find anywhere else, but it's such a joke that they make you pay for a subscription and can't even provide good subs. It's definitely not the first time this happens. Also, about the whole inc*st thing, they imply it but maybe there's more to it. Idk honestly
Gaga's subs are a bit off and Odajima doesn't say he regarded his mother as his older sister, but he always believed she actually was his sister. So my theory is his father had a child with a woman, then r#ped his daughter who then got pregnant with odajima, got rid of the mother and raised both of them like brother and sister, and that day Odajima returned from school to see his father assault her is when he learned that she actually was his sister and mother at the same time. Also, maybe some people in the audience got confused when Odajima said he only ever kissed, nothing more although we saw him blow Fourth. Once again, the subs are off. He actually says he never went further than mouth stuff.
What I am most curious about is whether this is going to be a turning point for Krailert and if he chooses to…
I'm not sure either. I guess he will do something about it because he can't just back up the entire show, but it's definitely going to cost him smth and I'm very scared to find out what it is
Victor was my fav character but since they had been foreshadowing it a lot I was prepared for it, but I was surely not expecting this for Veera and I am devastated. Victor dedicated his whole life to make his country better by taking risks, so his death is something that always had to be taken into consideration, but Veera... He was just a loyal, honest man doing his job, and he was Dhevi's only comfort, and he was killed only to threaten Lert and in the most humiliating way. Honestly my heart is destroyed, but this show truly is a masterpiece
Ok did I miss something in EP 10? One moment they're crying cuz Hua Young is leaving Sheng to save his father, and the second after they're back together in their appartment and having a date a the library ? What even happened?
The director seem to love spending an insane amount of time on everything except what matters. MekDech getting crucial scenes cut. Their kiss lasting a few seconds only to skip all the sweet outcome we could have gotten afterwards. Rati telling Thee he loves him and to run away with him without a hint of build up, then their NC scene getting cut before we could even notice they want each other. But sure I guess give us that meaningless flute lesson scene, or that 3 hours long stare down one, those must be more important.
If the pic a crew member apparently posted a little while back is correct (there's a link somewhere in the comments…
I'm not sure exactly what Q means, but I counted and it takes them an average of 2 days to get one Q done, so if there are 23 in total, then it should end in like 8 to 10 days
For whoever it may interest, here's a small thing I picked up that wasn't translated into the subtitles (at least on gaga): When Suzume is lying on the bed in the shop and Keishi asks him "is it great?" and he replies "It's great", he actually uses a word that can both have a positive and negative connotation. It's similar to saying "It's crazy" in english, so given the context, Keishi actually said "It's great right?" and Suzume replied "I'm in trouble", but Keishi did not know what was going on in his head so he didn't pick up.
I just don’t get why he should pay that traitor any money. He could have recorded the conversation and presented…
MY POINT EXACTLY! I get it for the first conversation with Yue yue's ex cuz he could've been searched up and gotten into more trouble had he recorded with his phone, but then with the other guy?? The episode would had lasted 10 minutes
Alright episode 23 was good but.... Suo wei has suffered, struggled, sold his house, cried WITHOUT THINKING it would be a good idea to record the HIGHLY incriminating two conversations he had with the culprits? I know we need to make the struggle last for the plot but if so you need to find an excuse for why he didn't do it cuz tbh I couldn't take anything seriously after that
Now that I understood that it's not gonna happen, I'll just take it as it is and enjoy it, but yeah I'm a bit nostalgic of the pilot

Ha Tuo: "hum" *nods happily*
THAT WAS SO CUTE
