Even though there was sexual tensions, the Orchid fairy is still at a crossroad regarding her feelings for CH and the Moon Supreme. I knew they can look at each other from now till thy kingdom come and nobody was going to take the initiative. So, the struggle continues.

In the mortal realm, the prediction of the tree would come to pass. In the scenes showed by the destiny tree, Xiao Run seemed very happy during the wedding than the Orchid fairy, so don't lets get ahead of ourselves. Let's see what the next episodes would reveal about the matchings.

Remember the destiny tree showed the Orchid fairy marrying Xiao run in the mortal realm when Da Yin and the Moon Supreme Lord looked into it at different times and the tree was never wrong. It is the pairing of the Chidi woman and the Moon Supreme that took me by surprise. But, according to the Chidi woman's destiny book, she was supposed to meet her Mr. Right on Lantern Festival Night. So, the prophesy was fulfilled because the destiny book just said she was going to meet someone and not explain who she was going to meet.

Jeili really confused me. I thought she liked the black dragon guy. I was surprised when she fell in love at first sight with the fairy. Since her gender is not revealed in the mortal realm, we can assume she is a young man based on her dressing.

I think she was upset because Chidi woman was supposed to meet her Mr. Right that night but instead met with the Moon Supreme which would definitely changed her destiny. But, all the parties involved do not know that everyone met who they were supposed to meet that night without any manipulation on their parts.

I absolutely enjoy seeing them as mortals. Episodes 21 & 22 were a delight. The Destiny book did not particularly say who the first God of war was going to fall in love with on the day of the Lantern Festival, but they all assumed wrongly. Seeing the Moon Supreme Lord befriending his love rival was terribly funny. I think I enjoyed the mortal realm scenes more than the heaven ones. It's more fun too watch.

You will be jealous of him too when the girl you like keep telling you she likes someone else no matter what you have done for her. Case in point is not fixing the Destiny book. Yet when someone else assumes CH's image, she decided to fix it without hesitation.

This is not about backward countries. You will be surprised that in most prominent countries in the world today among the powerful and most influential, marriages are still arranged for business purposes or for political reasons. They introduce their children to one another to further their business alliances and to continue their legacies. So, my friend, it is real and still happening in 2022 in modern countries around the world.

Being bias does not make someone bad or evil so, Mi Rae's grandmother is not bad or evil. I am sure your grandmother is a wonderful person :) unlike Mi Rae's. See how she gave an ultimatum today in ep. 40 for everyone to obey. Is it because the children involved her not directly her kids? Will she make a decision like that if Hyun Jae was her biological son? Can she see how broken he was and just walk away? Mi Rae puts on a brave face before her family yet she's crying behind the door. As a mother and an elderly person doesn't she know that is when you should be very worried. As an elderly, she only sees that Mi Rae readily accepted her fate!

Hopefully the storyline will change back to focus on the three sons. Also, I can understand the behavior of the grandfather because he just found the child he lost 50 years ago. So, he is in the honeymoon phase. The reality of what it means to his family will hit him in the next episode when his tells he would be losing his son in other to have his daughter in their family registry. So, let's wait and see his reaction to the changes coming to his family.

I don't really care for Mi Rae's grandmother because of her bias towards adopted people calling them bad seed. Mi Rae's mom also took care of her better than her own so call children but once she knew she was adopted and not the daughter of a professor, she turned against her. As an elderly person, she should have behaved better and when Mi Rae's other grandmother died, how did she treat her daughter-in-law? So, even if the children are not going to be allowed to get married, there are better ways to handle the situation. Hyun jae's dad is the most kind hearted and considerate dad of all the parents. Seeing how the situation broke his son affected that he was willing to give up his identity to save the situation. He has always been sensitive and considerate unlike his wife and others.

I am very sure African countries do not turn a blind eye to issues like this because marriage itself is between the in-laws and not the couples. For instance, in my country, the formal engagement ceremony can be celebrated without the couples present. So, it is really not about them even though it is their party. There is a saying that you can have a bad spouse but not bad in-laws. Because the spouses can change the bad behaviors of one another if they want the marriage to survive, but how do you change the attitude of bad in-laws? So, in my place, they would never allow them to get married since the adopted son was raised by the father and the long-lost daughter is now back and welcomed into the family. There is no family registry but a family tree that every descendant knows by heart. So, how do you just delete the adopted son from the family tree after being part of that same family for so many years? This is an Egypt situation, being caught between the red sea and the armies of pharaoh. Let's see how this riddle is solved in the next couple of episodes.

It is a very interesting drama and the English were excellent, especially from the ladies who weren't Americans.

What in heaven's name is going on in this drama? Who in hell is the hater of the Cheng family? Was the family targeted because Zischeng dealt with the fathers and sons of the eight families that bullied his fiancee? The troop just left the capital a couple of days ago, how can a father that lives for his family betray the emperor when he knows what will happen to his family members. This is some hot mess! I feel so sad for Nianoniano especially kneeling down in the rain for so long. I know when Zischeng gets hold of the culprit, someone will pay with their life!
