I'm confused. What exactly is their relationship? Are they blood siblings or step siblings? The way she was looking at him when he was fixing the water heater was totally not sisterly.
I really liked this drama. It's short and sweet. The ending was confusing. It seemed to indicate that Wanwan was dreaming. However, the old chief left her seven years ago and didn't return, and the old chief's face was never revealed when he was with her as a child. That was the confusing part for me.
How does it end just like that!? I mean, warum? Wei shi ma? Why weren't the couple given a second chance to be together after being allowed to get to know each other better and appreciate one another? So, what is the essence of forever May 20th loop?
In my opinion, it is a messed-up ending to what would have been a beautiful love story.
According to the synopsis, she's only a year. But, based on what 1-3, she's three years. Is the synopsis wrong…
My thoughts exactly. I have been expecting something to happen to Chu Yu so that she can be reincarnated, but nothing has happened. Perhaps, we are too inpatient. Maybe, we need to wait a little bit longer.
Can you spoil me who is spy an d which ep they find
We're just speculating. I'm thinking its the Duke. Based on episode 7, he might be the one that sold the design of the equiment to make their kingdoom lose the war, just like he did when Chu Yu's dad died with the same weapon his own people designed and the Duke is the one that has been lobbing for peace with that kingdom. So, how did they foreign kingdom get their hands on the secret design if it's not an insider/spy within the ranks?
According to the synopsis, she's only a year. But, based on what 1-3, she's three years. Is the synopsis wrong because the Gu guy is married and she isn't dead yet?
Ep. 3. There is crazy, and there is Chu Yu's kind of crazy. Who in their right mind would intentionally, purposefully, knowingly........ marry a dead person to continue an investigation?
Look at the haters at the palace. Now, we know who the spy is. The son of a gun, the crown prince, doesn't even respect the dead and lies without remorse. His father is right. He's a useless SOG. I thought the so-called Duke would be more brilliant because he's older, but the shameless fool even added fuel to the fight, instigating the emperor against a family that has lost everything. I know there is a special place in hell for the likes of him.
If only he hadn't gone to ask for his death. Look at the catastrophe he's causing now. That's why holding a grudge for 30 frecking years isn't worth it. Even a five-year-old knows better. The irony of it, they tell you to listen to your elders, are these the elders we are supposed to learn from? I don't think so. Dumb ass elders, if you ask me.
Who in his right mind goes back to back to continue a duel of thirty years ago? Don't these old people have better things to do with the rest of their lives?
Ep. 22. Misery has company with the brothers-in-law. Who would have thought the almighty Haoming would condescend himself to this level for the woman he vowed never to love.
Forgive me if I sound mean, but I honestly don’t think she should be crying at all. She lied too, and it feels…
In my opinion, even though she lied to be accepted by his mom and she schemed to belong to that circle, she's always shackled by her lies. The guilt of it overwhelms her happiness with Haoming. If you recall, she told her grandma about her upcoming wedding, but let her attend the wedding. Remember, this is the most important person in her life. She wept bitterly for that. Also, whenever Haoming gives her a gift, it torments her and reminds her of what she has done.
Moreover, she tried to confess several times, but Haoming wouldn't hear of anything that wouldn't make him happy. So, even though they are both guilty of the same offence, she's very remorseful of what she did and tried to put an end to it, but Haoming doesn't even acknowledge that he wronged her by keeping the identity of his love child from her. Isn't that a double standard? If Haoming's mother could accept XY for who she was, rather than for her family background, would she have gone to such lengths to please her? Besides, Haoming only wants a trophy wife, and all his affections towards her from the very beginning were fake. All along, she knew she lied, and instead of calling her out on it, he used her lies to keep her by his side. He didn't have to marry her when he already knew of her real parents. Doesn't that make him a despicable person, or is he a morally upright person for keeping her secret and allowing her to marry him?
A very beautiful surprise, if you ask me.

Since female generals are trending these days, this drama is worth watching.
