I couldn't believe this was Zoey from Missing You. Talk about character acting. I much prefer her though but that could just because Missing You is so heavy. Meanwhile, the FL here is given space to be herself and no one tries to change her. 🥰🥰🥰 I much prefer quirky female leads to the damsel in distress. And their relationship just looks like so much fun.

He was awesome as "nice" Hagiwara but there was a flash of "who hurt you so I can go kick his ass" that makes me also want to see him be a bit badass.

Daon was falling for Su Hyeon but Su Hyeon wasn't confident in that. Jae Min is a mastermind and convinced Su Hyeon that it was better that neither pursued Daon or was he willing to risk who he really liked. Then he patiently waited for his opportunity to rid himself of Su Hyeon and have Daon all to himself. Jae Min used that time to behave as a BL ML wet dream and tie Daon to him emotionally. A brilliant cray-cray is the most dangerous.

My thinking is that he went to do the presentation only because it was a last request. Based on the fact that Ju was unconscious in the hospital for 2 days, his injury may have been more touch and go then they let on in the ambulance. Someone on their possible deathbed gives you a doable last request, you make it happen just in case.

I loved Pond as Hill and came looking for some more of him. I have a particular fondness for actors who can change their aura and persona to fit the character and Pond proved that he can do that. That being said, I can't wait to see who else he can portray.

This was a cute little hidden gem, especially the second half. Not very romance, but some of the scenes nailed the comedy.
