Young Goo demonstrates the ability to save memory of Da Da on his own and recalls her memory upon a trigger, which is an AI point of reaction. It really didnt matter what body his memory was in despite the plot pretending like memory only exists in one body. I waited for the writers to go in this direction but was not totally disappointed when they didn't.
I enjoyed the Korean drama, more than the Japanese version. The romantic storyline between the ML and FL wasn't as misleading and ended with a mystery that allows the viewers to decide who they want the man with the umbrella to be. To me, the ending is giving a tribute to older computers' multiple choice, choose your own path interaction. I am following the Grade A++ sticker and green umbrella clues from episode 9 to choose Young Goo as the man that Da Da will always be with. 😍💕
I was expecting a tyranical mother but Zhou Fang's mother had a healthy amount of reservation about the man who she only knew as suing her daughter and causing neitzens to slander her daughter. Mom is a true hero for Qin Qing and "pencil boy" Yu lin! 😍💕 The wardrobe for the whole cast was amazing. It's a "cant stop watching" drama for the clothes and the lovely "believable" chemistry between ML and FL. Soooo this is my second Dilraba Dilmurat's drama and wow, i can see why everyone loves her. This is also the second Dilraba Dilmurat's drama in which i am giggling with delight at the leading man's, dancing. Episode 45. Dont miss Johnny Huang's dance. Thank me later. 😍💕
Young people with lack of self awzreness are annoying especially when theyre being self righteous justice warriors and declare that companies they dont know anything about are evil for just existing. Who ever writes this stuff should stop encouraging young people to view those who provide them with jobs as evil. There is a lot more evil in the world than greedy old men sitting in a board room who proably made their money the same way she is making hers by demanding payment for every little thing she does. Lack of self reflection is annoying. Im still watching this show because its funny.
This drama shines a excellent light on dating violence and domestic violence and stalking . So many fans will watch this drama and still harrass a celebrity to desperation as if they didnt learn anything and proably because they dont. They'll just say to themself that the person deserve their horrible treatment for whatever reason. Every horrible mother is reprsented in this drama. I cried so much i thought it was based on a true story. Strangely the most horrible and cruel mother is not the one who sell their daughter or abandon their son. It's the seemly innocent looking do the right thing mother who is cruel and entitled so much that she did not have any suspicion of all of the wealth she received while raising someone eles son. How did she not notice? Because she felt entitled, was self centered and greedy. But the audience is not suppose to notice that nor notice her son-husband relationship (creepy). Pil Sung never had a chance for a healthy dating life. Do Ra rescued him from that mother ultimately.
His mother was the worst mother. Theyre all horrible mothers but we know her mother is clearly evil. His mother comes off as doing the right thing but she ttreats him like a son-husband, is judgmental, fasely accusing, gossipy, self centered, entitled and cruel all hidden and not easily detected by innocent women who want to date him. It didnt matter if Park Do Ra was from a horrible family or a good family from a small fishing villiage. His mother cruelly fasely accused that girl continually. He never had a chance for a healthy dating life.
The romance subplot(s) was nicely fit into the drama. i liked all of the couples. Ko Seung Tak 🩷 Oh Soo Jung Cha Young Min 🩷 Jang Se Jin Choi Hoon Kil 🩷 Im Bo Mi

Read my original post, again. "by the 8th episode, i admired her." *Sigh* Everyone has their own set of standards from which they judge others. I always like to be fair in judgement.
This is a Singaporean Mediacorp drama, listed as Chinese. The historical content is about Chinese medicinal foods and practices during the Ming Dynasty. I liked the story but didnt like that the couple are not together until the 29th episode; practically the end. It needed more romance. I didnt like the writers tormenting the ML all throughout this drama. I was thinking, oh heck, with a little fantasy realism, breaking the 4th wall, (Oppa, Saranghae! style) I want to jump into the screen and save him myself. 😅 I wish there were more romanctic moments between this couple. 😍💕 "If the couple got through all of the obstacles together why wouldn't the couple be together? What a useless story." Lord Bi I agree. I dont like unhappy endings. I was cheering for this couple for 30 hours. 😍💕
