This article made me feel so nostalgic! My first drama was Hana Yori Dango around 2009 or 2010 when I was about eleven or twelve. I discovered it after watching the anime version. It's still one of my favorites and I've probably rewatched five times. My first K-drama was Lie to Me. I have pretty distinct memories of it though I've never rewatched it since.

After joining MDL, I discovered dramas from other countries and it's been a fun ride so far! I thought it was funny in the article that the running theme was the 2020 lockdowns. That was when I started watching dramas consistently and I hit my 100th drama watched last year.

I used it once. And let me repeat myself, I was not talking about the overall score.

Not my kind of drama but I watched for Hana-chan and ended up liking it more than expected. Emotions are portrayed in a very nuanced way and I appreciate that it didn’t end in some cliched way.

Watched the first three weeks so far and I really liked the childhood portion~ It's not often that I wish it could go on for longer! I'm looking forward to grown up Mai following her dreams. I'll be watch this in short spurts because it'll probably take a while for it to be fully subbed.
