Where did you watch?

Just started this asadora and I can already tell I’m going to love it. It reminds me of my first asadora Hanako to Anne.

Excited for season 2! Season 1 just barely scratched the surface of the book.

Such a good actor. I need to watch more of his dramas.

I hope this gets subs eventually since the premise sounds promising.

Damn I should’ve watch this one first. It’s better than the previous two asadoras I watched (Dandan, Manpuku).

Just updating you~ Subs for Mai Agare are currently on a website called dramaotaku.com. The subber seems reliable so I think it'll be completely subbed within this year or early next year. You need an account to access dramaotaku and registration is around the beginning of every month.

Just finished season 2. It’s very good, but it left a couple of unanswered questions. I wouldn’t call the ending a cliffhanger, but they’re obviously aiming for a season 3.

I’m not going to argue with you. I was explaining the reasoning behind my original comment. Both series are still American-made no matter how many Japanese people worked on them. MDL allows these productions on here if they have certain amount Japanese, Korean, etc. people working on them.

When I’m talking about Japanese involvement, I’m talking about the cast which is almost entirely Japanese. As for the crew, it’s almost entirely Americans. This goes for both adaptations. For what ever reason, this seems to be MDL’s threshold for allowing technically foreign productions on here.

I've heard a lot of good things about this Filipino drama but unfortunately I can't find it with English subs :'(

This series looks interesting and I haven't watched anything from GMA yet so I'll consider watching it.

I finished this drama in three days, which is a quite short time period for me. I wish I had watched it back in 2020 when I first noticed it.

After watching her in Ohisama, I wish she could be the lead in her own asadora. Asadora heroines tend to skew younger though so it's probably not a possibility at this point :(

‘Calm down’? lol it’s not that serious. And it’s not like I’m some Milk stan. I like most of GMMTV’s actors. Just disappointed that they didn’t give Milk another project for me to look forward to.

Easily one of the best Godzilla movies. Returns to the original's roots while simultaneously doing something completely new for the franchise.

Looks like the remake is finally coming together.

Finished reading the novel so I’m looking forward to watching this drama. I’ll watch the Netflix version after.
