I just absolutely adore season 2, I feel like we have level up in terms of character development and storywise too.
When I liked FanXian in season 1, I'm rooting for him with all I have in season 2. He has grown so much as a person, in all the good way. I lso love the complex political plots they have to navigate and the overall discourse on what is justice, what is fairness.
Overall I feel 10 times more engaged with the story.
The Royal Family must have been drinking Kool-Aid or their ancestors did or something why are they all bloodthirsty manipulative mass murderer weasels ๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ
The Censor going after the Second Prince, The Fan family, ChenPingPing AND the Emperor, the crown prince must have kidnapped his family ๐๐๐๐๐๐
Lol I checked Avenue x weibo and it seems she doesn't like S2 at all ๐ . I could read as translated that she…
Well I agree with her with the lighting/coloring thats baaaaaaaaaaddddddddd, they are completely washed out, their skintone is completely off and I also fell thats something was different about the way it was filmed I guess it was camera angles lol. But I love the costumes and absolutely adore the costume and story. She is just sharing her opinion, to each their own no need to hate her for that.
is FanXian fighting against personal property 'corruption'...? or criminal disregard for human life and treason?.....…
What have you been watching lol? He is "suing" ChenPingPing for his excessively large house as a strategy to show that he is not using the justice and the law for personal path war against the Second Prince, but that anyone who in any way or shape is involved in corruption will goi down? It was ChenPingPing's idea. Also what nonsensical rant on the rich people having the right to clothes rich is that lol.
Anyone else feeling a difference between both seasons? I cannot pinpoint exactly where. However, when I watch…
Probably because it's the beginning of a new arc, and a lot happened in season 1. The current intrigue asks way more political manoeuvering and strategy than any intrigue in season 1, I mean he is going after the Emeror's son lol. So it may feels it has less tempo than season 1 that was more action packed. As of now season 2 is more like a chess game. (Which I personaly adore)
I'm probably the only one who feels this way, but i love fanxian and waner together. The only reason ppl hate…
Women are usually used as a prop for the ML in this kind of stories, and you will usually get overly gross characterization.
As of now we got the Vilainess(Li Yun Rui), the Saint (Waner), the Devoted (RuoRuo), the In-Love Swx worker (SiLili) and the Fighter(DuoDuo). The full bingo card. I had zero expectations when I knew it was written by a man, and was not disappointed in my lack of expectations.
bruh any one got a link to a good eng sub for ep 15?
the VVIP extra episode is not translated, its targeted solely to chinese audience, that's why you can not find good title for them, just have to wait for the next day.
