Honestly as a person who overthinks a lot I guess even when it's NOT my fault I would possibly think it is mine.

For Do Ha's ofc it was his own fault, he was the one who took the risk knowing everything. Maybe the fact Du Shik didn't pick up his call and after that he committed suicide, affected him. I'm NOT saying it's Du Shik's fault. But maybe he the question that "Had I picked up his call that day"maybe it wouldn't happen to him.

And for accident it's 100% not his fault but uk he has heard people saying that "his existence brought death to closest people around him" so that's the reason he blamed himself
