Personally I would not read it and I ask no one should read it🤣 please if you don't wanna get spoiled.
It's not like i won't watch further episodes. But it's pretty much a spoiler only because you don't know when they might show that particular scene so it's better for them to not read.

That's why I added (Jack of all trades) hehe I'm talking about romance, ML had no feelings for her honestly he realised it the last, (female chases ML first) but here he is literally whipped for her since first episode. The Gongjin village Stories is addition and the whole Ji Sung Hyun PD is a addition as well.

Because there is a Second male lead. Kdrama writers think boy and girl can't be friends so either of them, FL/SL at least have some feeling /unrequited love story.
They have unnecessarily also added love triangles and ruined good dramas. And the fact that both main leads(ML & FL) are having a great chemistry, love triangle would be pretty unnecessary.
And for tags , in trailers I couldn't notice love triangle but it was more like jealousy. The leads themselves NEVER talked about love triangle, so the tag isn't added.
