I can't blame YXW/LSS cause I can't stand a lead that does not know her responsibilities... good example is the girl in Dance of the Sky Empire, that was an ok show too, I especially adore the first few episodes and Xu Kai. But a strong character is better than a love sick one that can come off very dim witted.

I noticed those comments too. It's not as if his make up was any better when he played in The Journey of Flower. 🙄 It's easy to understand the makeup was dramatic bc he was playing a vampire.
I also noticed the lip tint on Tan Taijin too, it isn't even something that needs complaint. I thought I was a complainer but sometimes viewers really complain so much. This show even got complained for high definition 🤣 but if they put on strong smoothing filter as if they won't get complained either. I really appreciate good plot and pacing, I can careless how people look. An honest opinion, I didn't find Bai Lu physically attractive but after winning me through good acting, I start finding her beautiful. It's not hard to get used to appearance as long as the characters are watchable and keep you rooting for them.

Ever heard of "The Emperor's New Clothes" before? People know what good and bad quality looks like. For something that is above average, if others want to say it's average I'm fine with their opinions but using your credibility to call something bad when it's actually great? If she's banned they would announce it right away already. Since she's not banned, I don't think she should be muted. If in the future she comes out to say she got muted, there's got to be political stuff behind the scenes. If there's nothing political related, and they verdict her wrong at the end and she never apologize early on, I agree people should be mad. But if they verdict her not wrong, I don't see why anyone should rush her to apologize when she deserves the time to research on who's behind all this. Forcing someone to apologize means you won't get a sincere apology anyway.

Stand-ins are also tools to use, but do not abuse them, they are also humans, they should only be used when neccessary. Standing up and walking are not hard or dangerous in any way or form. If someone uses stand-ins for almost everything, they might as well not even act at all and give the opportunities to those who are willing to film everything.
