I have not yet finished the novel. But from the chapters I've read, Nan loves someone else. Nan is aware that Pi likes him from the start, but when Pi was able to confess to Nan, Pi unconsciously already likes Mork too and so Nan rejected Pi. I don't know if Nan has feelings for Pi as I have not finished the novel yet :) but Nan's story is on another novel too.

Somebody who likes Pi in the novel. But the adaptation really veered away from its novel source so IDK.

Just my guess, the guy kissing Pi during the balloon scene might be P'Nuea...

It might be because the adaptation veered off from the original source. The novel was quite serious in tone.

NGL, I've FF on the shipper's scenes, but had a good laugh with the car scene :)
