The first episode was so pretty! It made me feel calm. The emotions of the characters were subtly conveyed. The story of Ha Won and his childhood moved me. Brilliant start! It's sad the viewership rating was low
Happy Birthday! I adore her. She is endearing withouf trying. Plus she is a promising actress. Loved her in Terius Behind Me and Psychopath Diary. Looking forward to seeing her in more works!
This was simply lovely in its simplicity and execution! Lee Chung Ah and Kim Jin Woo gave great performances. They were very natural. Jin Woo surprised me with how well he is able to pull off a charismatic man. Lee Chung Ah made her simple character lovable too. The plot is pretty straightforward and easy to follow, and none of the events that happen appear unnatural or out of place. The balance of heavy and humourous moments was just perfect! And the leads' chemistry was great. A must watch.
I am so happy to see the rating slowly but surely rise! When it was on going, it was only 8.2/8.3. Now it is 8.5. Would love to see this one reach a 9 like it deserves - unlike other dramas that have an undeserving 9.
I also forgot to mention that Jang Na Ra's transition from serious to funny during the "date" in the teaser was so well done! Love her already. (Oops, my bias is already showing.)
Just saw the teaser, and it was hilarious! It was dramatic too. I am looking forward to it more now. And I had quite forgotten how funny Go Joon can be, so this role is already suiting him. Jung Gun Joo and Park Byung Eun were great too.
I thought I was being harsh on the female character which is why I kept my thoughts to myself, but thankfully…
This show is also a litte too dramatic. It tries to keep you interested with its pace but does not have actual substance. You are not the only one comparing this show with others. I am comparing his show with those that explored the concept of serial murders with the two leads being targeted. This does not have the food for thought that Hello Monster had, neither does it possess the intrigue and substance that was in WATCHER. I started comparing the female lead with great FLs in other crime shows, and the balance partnerships had, like you mentioned. I like the entertainment value - it is an easy watch for me since I am busy - but this show is forgettable to an extent.
And you are right - everyone is touching him lol. In the show's defence, the ML is still emotional as hell, and I don't find him perfect as of yet. I agree that, since his doctors are discouraging him to use his ability, it would have been a great way to explore his insecurities. And have him develop from there. That would have made me care more about him.

I understand completely. She is not made physically capable - not good enough for a cop, at least. The part where she freezes when confronting the antagonist in the tunnel seemed too comvenient. And the fact that she relies so heavily on a gun is ... not cool. If the writers wanted us to believe she is at a high post, she should have been written as someone who is capable of disarming a person. When confronting the ML, she used her gun. I understand it was an emotionally weak moment for her, and cops are humans, but if she was resdy to shoot,it only means she had a rush of adrenaline. Her instinct should have been to overpower him physically and put handcuffs on him - she should be made to at least carry that around if she is busting a criminal.
I love the poster! Looks pretty warm - the filter goes well with the pastel tones of the outfits. I hope the drama itself will be warm, with lessons to take from. It would be a shame if it is simply a drama with a star-studded cast, only depicting a Wattpad-like romance with high-production to make it look expensive and sophisticated, along with a good-looking couple and a smitten, hot male lead for viewers to fawn over as its saving grace.
Not really feeling this show. I feel like the writers don't really know how to write the female lead because there…
I thought I was being harsh on the female character which is why I kept my thoughts to myself, but thankfully I am not the only one who finds her inconsistent in her approach, etc. I think while they try to make her strictly logical, they also want to show she has the capacity to feel (as if the two traits should clash). And to show she does have a capacity to feel, they make her irrational, which goes against who she is, and the cycle continues.
