ERM, did anyone see Jang Na Ra's photoshoot with Lee Sang Yoon on Allure? People. Jang Na Ra is the definition of gorgeous in the pictures. The woman oozes grace and power. We all know she has the personality, the charm, the looks, the secret to aging beautifully, but DAMN, woman, you did not have to attack us...
So the first half was really intense, but the second half, particularly the last few episodes, were missing something. I can't put my finger on it, but the excitement was dead in the end. Until what happened to Lee Tae Sook, every episode had me at the edge of my seat. Maybe one or two episode after that had the same effect, but the end was typical. I would have preferred if this drama had more involvement from the teachers' side. Oh well. It could have been a 9 or .5 but it's an 8 from me.
When Chairman Song talked to Tak Soo Ho after the latter threatened Song's son, Soo Ho actually seemed like a child throwing a tantrum. It was amazing to see him so taken aback and angered over being told off.
Sam-I-Am's review above really sold me on this show, and this show definitely delivered on the crazy! Otherwise…
LMAO, this comment was me as I watched The Last Empress. Also, imagine the torture because I got into it thinking it was completed only to see it was on-going. The characters and actors were definitely the strongest aspect in this crazy drama. And kudos to you for attracting your family members to this show, lmao.
I think this is a pre-produced drama? That's what Nara seemed to say in her Grazia interview, where, btw, she looked absolutely beautiful. How can someone only become gorgeous with age?
Ugh, I have begun to hate Beom Jin with a passion. I don't care that he is trying to prevent something bad from happening, he is still so meddlesome and manipulative to prevent his wealthy lifestyle from crumbling
Who does Beom Jin want to protect? Himself or his father? Or is every thing an elaborate scheme to get to the bottom of the mystery? He did ask Soo Ah to change schools and that is before she was murdered. He was most probably trying to prevent murder, knowing his father's intentions if she happened to be from the same school as him, or maybe it was a warning he himself was giving. Apart from that, he is after the Temp and reporting his "sexual misconduct" when it was established in the crowded hallway that it was a false accusation. Maybe this is his elaborate way of protecting Mr Ki from getting harmed or he wants him to get out before the truth crumbles his lifestyle. We are only seeing him form one perspective and it is so easy to switch his position from bad to good
I am dead sure nothing happened and it is just a way to make us anticipate the next episode. Although it would be pretty daring for the writers to do what they implied.
I am 80 per cent sure the actress who made the report at the end of episode 10 was lying. It is a way of hurting the prosecutor and preventing her father from leaving the hearing unscathed. She is merely repeating the details from the diaries she stole and is fishing for a role in a movie
Why would the ex show up now? Something seems fishy about his appearance. It would be interesting if he happens to be a part of the Giant's Club. As for who the turtle is -- could being the Turtle be a part of a test for new recruits? That is what seems plausible.
As for the blood of Han Tae Ju and her ex not being found, we can assume that Han Tae Ju was either attacked by someone who was not the turtle but pretended to be one, or there are more than one.
This only gets intense as it progresses. I have completed eight episodes so far. I hope the twists they add won't make the plot fall in on itself though.
