Today I needed to rewatch Addicted and I recalled (and checked) that Viki cut out 1min 24 sec from the 5th ep when drunken Bai Luo Yin needed to pee, but didn't want to take his pants off so Gu Hai helped him;]] and he wanted to compere whose dick is bigger;D - I don't find anthing indecent in the scene cause only their upper bodies were filmed. You've slightly misunderstood me^^ I don't know chinese so I can't translate any drama. I only found every episode uncut with high resolution, then found english subs which mostly are for cut version. So as I deleted opening and ending songs (which are hindrance while marathoning;)) and needed to correct the subs timing and put the missing lines in. In the process I use the chinese subs and dictionaries to make my subtitles close to perfect:3
It was seconds in those scenes which others cut altogether. I've noticed while making my personal version with subs just-for-marathon:3 I haven't finished that project so when I'll be checking it again I can write to you what exactly did they cut^^
I got serious second male lead syndrome. Maybe Austin's fan is to be born;)
I doubt I'll rewatch whole drama however, despite it's quite long, I wasn't bored. Kinda enjoyed it even. A lot of laughing after 30. episode. Unfortunately fighting scenes weren't that great (what a shame!) as for logic and reality in the scenario. Oh, and when someone dies you may burst into laugher because of blood spitting all over whoever holds him/her.
I know this says the movie Rich Man, Poor Woman in New York aired first, so is that like a prequel, and I should…
The movie " ... in New York" takes place after drama. So you should definitely watch it first:) It's common for japanese dramas/movies that movies are summaries or cotinuations of dramas.
I'm watching this right now for the third time and it still feels like it's the first time
I'm rewatching it right now, at the beginning of 2019, for the 3rd time too. And I'm wondering why do I still like it so much after so many years :D Great amount of lip gloss, non-natural acting, few annoying female characters, and some ridiculous lines which were supposed to be romantic... And still I'm marathoning while lying in bed with nasty virus. Also OST is pleasant :)
I'm boycotting watching dramas on YT when they mute parts with songs in the background or cover it with some shit...I hated it so much in "When we were young" but couldn't find it anywhere else :/ "Devil beside you" is on kissasian sh.
a love so beautiful+ our times vibes i love it so much!!!
I do love this show too but in my opinion "A love so beautiful" and "Our times" (maybe "Attention, love" also) are essentially different. "When we were young" is very similar to Reply series, which I adore. I can watch something like that over and over:D Surely I'll rewatch "When..." soon. I hope to find it with better subs (timing and translate).
A terrible drama through and through. Literally NOTHING happened in 15 episodes of this drama, the characters…
Finally! Accurate review. Whole drama revolve around relations between Zhong Xiao Xi and Yan Li Zheng (or mr. expressionless) BUT still there's nothing much out of it. In this drama side stories doesn't really exist. From time to time we only got shallow hints about other peoples circumstances. And that's making it so boring. As for me watching almost 30 years old (who doesn't look like a teenager - very rare thing) acting a high schooler was... meh.
I think what screenwriters are trying to do is provide content that is familiar with viewers. They know that previously…
The same case with Reply series BUT I do love all of them:D Yes they are very similar to each other but has huge differences as well. I'd love to watch another Reply:D In "A love so beautiful" even second male lead (Wu Bo Song) reminded me of Lu Xin He from "With you" to the point I've wondered if that's the same actor. In the Chinese dramas they tend to put lots of impossible situations which couldn't happen - like it's not possible to ride a bike with someone on the back and when falling, turn around and put your arm under your passenger's head. And there's so many situations which looked was made only for showing some emotions (mostly jealous). Like passing by to hear/see something. I know it can happen sometimes, and I do have more credits and understanding for all dramas but Chinese dramas do that way too often.
I'm wondering if every chinese dramas are pretty much the same now. This drama felt like almost-copy of "With you". Later I thought it might be loosely based on "Itazura na kiss", especially when I noticed pictures from manga in Xiao Xi's room.

I don't recommend this and I've dropped it.

Am I the only one who finds Natsui's character very annoying?
Also OST is pleasant :)

How come there's no remake??
