I really like Nathee/Florence dynamic - so funny and great chemistry! I think Aye is perfectly walking that fine line between naive light hearted girl who’s trying to get her crush and a pure stalker. If she was just a tad “heavier” on the mood - I would be scared for Nathee! But as I said - she’s perfect in this role and very cute. Luke as Nathee is a lot of fun with his “stop bothering me” reactions - I loved his little growl and scowl when he saw Florence at their table! Just like a wolf would do! Very nice job! I also liked Leo (young Nathee) - he got Luke’s Nathee gestures to a point where I had to do a double take to make sure it’s a different actor indeed. Great job! Can’t wait to see the next episodes! 👏🏻
I am so relieved that it was a miscommunication and not just plain master/slave relationship. Even though Yoh accepted the offer and to him it could be an acceptable dynamic, it’s just so not my cup of tea I was debating if I should even watch the 2nd episode. I’m so glad I did! 😻
I enjoyed the first episode, although it nagged at me that Kang's posse is just three guys, two of whom are as…
I guess here the “hierarchy” is based strictly on money, while in some other series it’s based on physical strength. So Kang and his buddies look as average as anyone around them. Nobody will physically challenge them anyway 🤷♀️ Although, I would love for Sailom’s athletic friend to punch them to his heart’s content 😉
you realize Thailand and S Korea are not neighboring countries, right? literally the entire China coast is between…
I do live in the US. I don’t know French, but my relatives understand written language. My other relatives are fluent in Spanish. We all are pretty good with English and Ukrainian with native language being Russian. It’s up to everyone to learn another language or not - it’s a personal choice. With business dealings abroad it would make sense to me to learn a bit of a language. I’m not saying anything about being fluent, but just some commonly used phrases and words at least. If I were to visit France I would learn some phrases for sure. Again, it’s just my opinion 😉

Put it this way - they are closer to each other than, say, to Norway. To me, it’s not necessary to have a common border to be neighbors. Also, I think it makes sense to know at least a bit of a conversational language of some countries in a proximity, even without sharing a border 😉Especially if you want to have business there. And media stars certainly want to have as much business world wide as possible (at least, I think so) 🤔
maybe it's because he is very uncomfortable about himself liking men and he don't want to disappoint his mom (also…
I fully understand that coming out is extremely hard. That’s why I’m not even implying he should come out. Just say “I don’t want to get married”, move abroad and live however you are pleased. If parents figure out on their own he’s gay - great. 🤷♀️
I have a feeling that Lom’s daddy is in on their game. I still don’t understand why not just tell the parents they are not getting married, go live and work abroad like so many well-off people do, and live your life 🤷♀️ The whole main conflict seems blown out of proportion and not worth the paper it was written on. Oh well… I guess I am done with it.
I really like this show, even the fact that the stories are developing very fast is ok with me. They got such good actors and actresses here, and the overall plot is intriguing. I’m very interested in Hunter - who is he, why did he decide to open this special bar in this secluded place, why is he keeping the Jungle boys safe? I would even say, he’s herding them 🤷♀️ Honestly, if my name was something like Tiger, I would be very careful with someone whose name is Hunter 😂 Just saying… 😉
Yes, I sure did! 😂 Maybe he likes to watch others, but doesn’t like to be touched himself? Especially after his ex tried to force him? That actually happens 🤷♀️ Oh yes, that P’Denoooo is iconic, I immediately thought of P’Deeeeaaan as well 🤣
Don't forget that Yiwa didn't tell her girlfriend about the man she planned to marry until she was already dating…
Yes, I remember that and it pissed me off, too. As I am saying, both the bride and groom belong together in their mindset. I think I am done with this, too. I honestly don’t understand why can’t BL writers produce more robust plots. There’s some, but very few. Maybe it’s the budget issue? Like, I would love to see The Devil Judge as a BL (and I think the original story was just that, of course I might be wrong). I would love to see Numbers as BL. Why can they write such interesting different plots for Korean dramas, but can’t do it for BL? I would take a dialed down romance for a good dynamic plot honestly. Oh well, sorry for the rant. Let’s hope for better plots! 😻
Not that I disagree, but just wanted to clarify because I had to think twice abut it as well.... When Yiwa says,…
Yes, I was confused about that, and I was thinking, just how old are they now if 13 years ago they’re adults and look pretty much the same 🤦♀️ 2 years certainly makes more sense 😂 Still, it’s a good amount of time to be with a person. 🤷♀️
Very nice season! Congratulations to the couples, and to the rest of the participants - it seems like they found friends and possible future relationships. I’m so impressed with how mature and polite everyone is, supporting each other, including their rivals. It’s not easy at all! His Man 1 was also like that, and it’s a pure pleasure to watch. Thank you, everyone! 🎉
I get some of what you're saying, but the subtitles were faulty at one point - Yiwa said she'd been with Lom for…
I understand it wouldn’t be a pleasant experience for Lom and I would definitely feel bad for him. And I also understand they are of a different culture. I would even totally support them if the plot was set, say, in 1940s. Or any time before Thailand’s upper class citizens could travel to, say, Europe and live there for a long period of time. That whole deal with the fake marriage and having their loved ones nearby would make total sense to me and they would be successfully resolving their issues 👏🏻 Since the story is set nowadays, the whole pretend marriage loses its necessity. There are other ways to solve the issue of the families being unaccepting. I would rather see them going different routes, more appropriate in modern day, which would make it more relatable, realistic and therefore interesting. The way it’s written, it makes no sense to me as it could be done differently. I also understand it’s supposed to be a cute fantasy with not much thinking attached, but I just don’t like this type of characters. So if someone likes it - that’s great, but it just doesn’t give me warm fuzzies 🤷♀️
