Really, really promising start! Now I will have to suffer every week waiting for the next episode 🥲 Oh well, that’s what I get for being impatient 🤷♀️
Question about their location. They are obviously not in Thailand - do you guys know where they are? Is it China? Just curious since for me it wasn’t obvious 😊
Based on Thai BLs, 35-40 is a perfect age to prepare for your funeral 😂 Remember, in Never Let Me Go, there…
For sure - Gaipa’s mother looks really good right until the very end of the episode when she’s sighing over a pack of some medication. I doubt it’s just an aspirin, so yeah, she’s doomed. I really liked her, why couldn’t she be an exception? 🤷♀️
Those gangsters - they do love their ballroom dancing, what can you do? 😂 Senior centers provide the best entertainment value in the whole underworld! You can even waltz along some march music! 🤩
A couple of thoughts:What's with the "Jim is so old" crap? In the first ep, he claims he is almost 40 (not so…
Based on Thai BLs, 35-40 is a perfect age to prepare for your funeral 😂 Remember, in Never Let Me Go, there was this “dancing club for old people”, and they all were like 35! 😳
Obviously, not 😂 They missed a dude who took a picture in the building, AND Palm running around Nueng for two weeks! I’m not even sure they knew Nueng stayed with Palm overnight 🤦♀️
Almost all BLs are about rich kids at school or uni. I would like to see an occasional series about people from…
That’s understandable as BLs are fantasy, so eye candy (people/style/scenery) sells well. There are BLs that are more like “slice of life” and leads are not super rich “young masters”. I really liked Long Time No See, Not Me, Manner of Death, Triage (although one of the leads is from a rich family), ITSAY (even though one of the boy’s family runs a resort, they are not super rich). I think Together With Me leads are not from rich families either. There are others, but those are off the top of my head. I do like stories about more mature people. It gives more opportunities for an interesting plot.
I was just going to say the same thing! But I know why 😉Kat is a down to earth person, knows exactly what she…
Of course it affected her, but I don’t think anyone can stop a person from moving on. She’s portrayed as a strong, successful, smart woman. If something in her past hurts her ten years later - she obviously needs help to move on. So why not get it? If a closure is needed - find the jerk, kick his ass and throw all thoughts about him in a sewer. I guess I am very different from her so I have hard time understanding her actions.

I hope they don’t make Tony to be a bad guy. So far, he’s ok and Jean would get a good chance to go live her life and stop holding on to a decade-old events. Alex could have really good relationship with Kat - they seem to understand each other very well and Kat is open to communication. That last point is extremely important in a relationship.
I love Army, but he really needs to learn how to behave at other people’s workplace 🤦♀️ Especially when “other people” is his closeted partner. I mean, even I wouldn’t want my husband to come to my work and act all crazy, although everyone would probably just laugh and his antics wouldn’t cost me my job. But it’s just the type of person I am. In Joe’s case, it’s too risky and Army should understand it.
im still not with jean and alex my heart wants alex to be w kat idky
I was just going to say the same thing! But I know why 😉 Kat is a down to earth person, knows exactly what she wants and if she loves someone she’s all in and she’ll communicate with that person. Jean is a complete opposite. She’s holding grudge like there’s no tomorrow, can’t move on but won’t even talk to the guy. Not my type of person, sorry 🤷♀️
I think it's just for comedy sake that she's speaking like that, in that slow and bored monotone, nonchalant tone.…
Thank you 😊 That’s possible. Nurses are tired and they have a lot to deal with. I just wished she took care of Matteo first, then go into her slow speech 🥺
Honest question for those who speak Thai. I don’t speak Thai, but somehow the way the nurse is speaking seems a bit off to me. I’ve never heard anyone speaking like this in any Thai dramas. Is she a foreigner trying to pronounce each word correctly? Is her manner of speaking supposed to mean something - like, indicate she’s a foreigner or something else? Or is it just me hearing it wrong and it’s perfectly fine? I like languages and it’s really interesting to me. Thank you 😊
