bc he isn’t!!! can we pls just ask ourselves what if a guy tells us we’re super important to him, does things for us, gives us a hot first kiss and then tells us HE LOVES US and tells US make food for me I’ll be right up BUT THEN LITERALLY LEAVES as food is being prepared?? what would we do in this case…. continue to love him wholeheartedly? absolutely not. I’m obviously not the right person for him. I’d wish him well in his endeavors and understand my low priority role in his life.

I wonder if producers know fan engagement is low so they’re not pouring money into promoting it. I feel like princess royal hype was def bigger than this

a drag for sure. I stopped at 16. I’ll wait until it all comes out. but honestly I don’t even care if it gets spoiled for me or if there’s a sad ending. I think this drama shot itself in the foot

I noticed after hit dramas like FF the comments section would be popping off after every episode. feels like the popping off is in short supply with this drama which is very telling tbh

yah. shallow dialogue. and honestly iffy acting from the supporting actors. felt a bit cringe. doesn’t feel cohesive, more like a group of guys and two girls acting silly independently. they’re not bouncing off of each other but rather just kinda running their lines. I don’t know, feels disjointed to me? but maybe more screen time like you said would have helped. I don’t know man. I got my eyes set on Chasing Jade now. this drama is an upset for me

tbh I wouldn’t know lol I think some of us are agreeing that the drama didn’t spend enough time introducing the characters and because of that, they’re very forgettable.

oh shoot my bad. but yes, agreed. male lead’s appearances are so few and far between that he seems like a supporting actor. and his appearances aren’t noteworthy to me. I feel more for chun lu than I do for him

I wish they would relabel this not as romcom but just coming of age slice of life for one individual and one individual only.
