I like Wu Lei pretty much, but in this drama, the script is just meeh...I read this review on Viki. This reflects…
you know it’s interesting because I can see why people feel this way. it’s actually quite boring. there really isn’t much conflict and the drama focuses around the leads’ growing relationship and it grows slowly. the fans def get fed with glances and small touches but they also don’t speak much and a lot of it is in their body language they have when they’re around each other.
but man I’m really obsessed with this drama. I personally feel the chemistry between the leads and look forward to seeing them onscreen. and of course I love WL and ZJM so alot of it comes down to personal preference. I don’t think I would have stuck around for this if it was some other leads that I’m just meh about. I really wouldn’t mind if they had a bit more conflict though. I mean, that’s why I watch dramas, for the drama.

Chapter 36! But it was mentioned retrospectively and somewhat in passing. I read it at a website where the novel is in Chinese and I have google translate the page! It makes a lot more sense than MTLnovel.

Her "going to sleep would be a waste" makes me think of her "other than eating with me is there anything else you can do with me?" no wonder why her bf so thirsty.

Are we talking in the drama or in the book? Because in the book they 100% done did it mULTIple times over the course of DAYS. But I wasnt sure what the purpose of the flashback was in the drama.
