Are you on a diet? ---I watch Mainly Japanese , but I am learning the language, which is spoken differently than written (even without adding in the dialects) but every year for the watch challenge I venture out to the other Asian places on MDL. So yes Diet with a reason ; )
What unwanted weight are you trying to shed? ---None I am super happy where I am now, Dropped all American TV because of it tokenism and check box type mentality rather than true depictions. i miss TV like "good Times", "sanford and sons", "t he jeffersons" and "What's Happening"..Hell even "Benson" and "Different Strokes" was better than today's drivel.
Have you detoxed your watchlist to cut out ‘junk’ to help you towards a healthier lifestyle? Do you choose mindful munching over binging unneeded, ‘empty’ or even toxic content? Ha no I love junk food, but I decide what I take away from it, i want all the stories, good or bad, and I will make the decision myself.
But understand I am also a women that is almost 50, I know my morals and I stand ground with them. i grew up in a house with a black sibling and a gay sibling so my view of the world seems to be different from most peoples.
Every one is person despite race creed or color, They have names, stories, and memories all unique to them. Once we decide that and not elevate or devalue anyone based on broad strokes but their individual worth, the world will become amazing.

I started writing stalkers guides (now ultra fan guides) as soon as I got here ofc my first one was Kame cause I am slightly obsessed. the editors helped me make my articles better. and I have written about 70 articles to date.

Be willing to listen to the editors, they don't want to trash your work they just want to make the article better and you a better writer. If that Pink background with orange lettering is not ledgible dont be angry if an editor asks if it ok to change the color scheme.
